DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR what a horrible experience with them I saved a spot for 9 months from now and decided we had a change of plans and I called to get my $200 deposit back which should be no problem seeing how I’m call with 9 months to spare the guy on the phone was so rude and said nope none refundable when it doesn’t say it anywhere on there website which has been down for 5 months THIS PlACE IS A JOKE the guy saying I may have missed a chance to book someone else for your date yeah okay like you still have 9 months DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM they are not willing to work with you there just here to get your money and everytime I call it either goes to voicemail or no answer THIS I A SHADY PLACE IF YOU WANT THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BE RUDE TO YOU BOOK NOW!!!

We hired catering by Kevin for our wedding in July 2023. We had a horrible experience. First, the plates and plastic ware that we ordered were the wrong color. Then the day of our wedding, we were supposed to have 2 servers arriving at 6pm and serving food and our cake from 7-9. One server pulled up at 7:05 pm. (Which we have video footage to prove) and he started unloading his truck at 7:30. At 7:50 my husband and I went up to get our plates first and only 2 of our 5 dishes were out. We ate chicken and salad. Our guests were still getting food at 9:45 pm when we started to cut our wedding cake. My husband and I had to serve our own wedding cake because he was still puting the food away and didn’t have help. We asked the server what happened and he said “I cooked all day and two women were supposed to come pick the food up and serve but they both didn’t show up for work” so the next day when we called hank.. he said we’re liars because his employee said none of that happened. Not to mention they took all of our leftovers back with them which was 5 trays of food that we paid for. Hank asked for proof so we got - time stamped photo and video footage and when we called back to address this again he said he didn’t want to speak to us. Horrible customer service. Horrible service. Food was cold. Couldn’t even get the color plates right… very unhappy and every guest from my wedding has mentioned how horrible it was and how half of them didn’t even get cake. I’ll make sure that everyone knows all of this and I would not recommend this company!

Had them do our bowling banquet for last 7plus years no problems all of a sudden you call get some guy answers saying he is Kevin's planner said we need the bowling banquet catered again on April 5th same menu as last year's. He looks up the invoice from last year says no problem we paid the deposit. Guy shows up last night we look at food not even close to last year's menu. He proceeds to blame Kevin cause he's in Florida and told him that's what we had all while looking at last year's invoice. Food was so nasty was cold but yet it was all excuses no dinner rolls cake for dessert was from Kroger as he brought it there to cut into pieces. Such a shame we paid almost 1,100 to be so disappointed no offers to make it right but can guarantee he won't be doing next year's banquet. KEVIN is NO LONGER PART OF THIS BUSINESS we were LIED to again.

With two events packed into one weekend, finding the right catering company was a tall order. A wedding and a grad party; could one company handle both of them for us to alleviate our stress? We're so glad we found Catering by Kevin. Both days, from start to finish, went like clockwork. The staff were attentive, professional, courteous and delightful to have around. The menu choices were plentiful and the results were delicious!!! With only 48 hours before the first event, we realized some vegetarians were going to be among us. I cannot say enough amazing things about Catering with Kevin. From the entire time leading up to our grad party with so many unknowns with COVID-19, Kevin was incredible to work with and very flexible. He always had answers to our questions and when it came time for the party had a great plan in place to make sure everyone was safe and healthy. The team was accommodating and friendly and everyone who was at our party RAVED about the food! We even had a giant storm come through that took down four tents, but they quickly got everything down and when the weather finally broke, got everything back up fast with fresh food and the party continued even after the monsoon! The cake was so delicious too. From beginning to end, Kevin made our graduation party so wonderful and we can't thank him and the team enough. We could not have had a better catering experience. We opted for the Picnic/BBQ for an outdoor wedding reception. The food was absolutely delicious--and this was claimed not just by us, but by so many of our guests. Every dish was wonderful-- broasted chicken, Italian sausage, hamburgers, potato salad, dinner salad, green beans, and dessert. In addition, Kevin was always approachable and easy to contact.
