I really wanted to like this place, it has the potential to be great but consistently misses the mark. I’ve ordered takeout twice and both times they have forgotten sauce, toppings, and pita with my order. The food is bland, the meat is overcooked. Hopefully they will get their act together soon. Also, the restaurant locks doors at 10 even though it says they are open until 10:30 making it difficult to pick up an order!

The wait was over an hour which was expected. What I didn't expect was once I got up there to order my food, they had ran out of quite a few toppings, which was disappointing! They were nonchalant about it, and wasn't trying to accommodate. Still paid full price for half of the ingredients. Although my spicy lamb avacodo bowl was missing 4 ingredients, it still had flavor. I will not be returning, wasn't impressed.

Been waiting for Cava to open since they first announced it in their website's job listings a while ago 📄 This will be one of their first locations in the area can't wait 🤩 Their braised lamb is halal and goes well with their saffron rice 🔥 This is a very good location 🙌🏼
UPDATE: Their grand opening was today July 20th! I got there about 20 minutes before they opened, line was not long yet only about 15 people 🔜 Once we got inside they welcomed us and gave everyone tote bags with a cookie and Cava cup inside🥤The dining area is beautifully done and spacious one of the bigger locations I've seen plenty of space for people waiting in line and for people to eat and pickup their food 🍛Ordering was a smooth process and the line was moving at a steady pace 💯 If you download the app you can sign up for their rewards and use it inside or when ordering online 📲 I had the build your own bowl with saffron rice 🍚 braised lamb 🐑 cucumbers + tomatoes 🥒🍅 red pepper hummus 🌶️tzatziki ⚪️ skhug 🌿 garlic 🧄 and hot harissa vinaigrette 🔥 it also comes with a free pita on the side 🫓 and you can choose to get hot harissa pita chips and a drink as well if you want 🍹My bowl was incredible, very fresh and full of different flavors that go very well together 🤩 The hot harissa pita chips were crispy and fluffy at the same time, they were well seasoned too! Dipping them in the hummus and tzatziki was delicious and reminds me of traditional middle eastern bread but crispier 😍 Their drinks are made in house I've had the strawberry citrus in the past so I went with the blueberry lavender lemonade which was unique and refreshing 🫐 Mrs. Mo was super friendly and welcoming to everyone asking them how was everything and making sure things were going well 👏🏼 They have booster seats available for the little ones and a changing table for babies in the bathroom which was clean and open so you can wash your hands after done eating 🧼 There is a good amount of parking in their lot and the market parking lot right next door 🚙 The drive thru is for picking up mobile orders and you can also pick them up inside as well🚪Overall it's five stars for fantastic food and service if you love rice bowls this place is a must try 🙌🏼

First time trying this place, never had Cava before. First issue, my order pickup online said 5:07, i didnt get my food until 5:50. Extremely slow service. Once i get the food, my greek bowl was a joke. It was literally empty. aside from that, it was extremely oily and salty. This was supposed to be a greek salad bowl. With two pieces of lettuce. Never going there again.

We had a great experience at CAVA! The food was delicious, and our wait time was much shorter than expected. The staff was friendly, and the manager, Christian, went out of his way to be helpful and make sure we had a great visit.

The manager Christian was very nice and respectful. I asked for my table to be cleaned and it was done without a problem. Though crowded, the line moved swiftly. I appreciated the allergy attentiveness as I do have a tomato allergy. Hopefully more Cava locations open up soon.

I have been multiple times now and their food is great but their service is abysmal. Their whole staff has no sense of urgency or common knowledge. They have either screwed me on my portions, got something wrong with my order, or just given me the wrong food. Horrible service.

Went about an hour after opening on a Sunday so no long wait. Food was fresh and very flavorful. My rating would have been higher if the food was hot. It was cold. But I will be back.

Food is great here. Fresh ingredients and the flavors combined so nicely in my bowl. I had a great meal but there a few issues with this place that can be fixed.
I came around 11:30. I expected everything to at least be warm, but my food was ice cold. I got home and nothing was hot. It tasted good, but if my meal is going to be $19, then I expect it to be hot.
Lamb meatballs had a delicious flavor but they were cooked a little too hard. I like a nice crust on the outside of my meat, but it was almost burnt.
I had a side of pita chips and they were so salty. I believe my serving of pita was just over-salted because I tried some of my mom’s chips and they weren’t salty at all. I just wish the chips were consistent.
Lastly, the drinks are not great. I had a blueberry lavender lemonade but it literally just tasted like lavender water. Barely any sweetness or blueberry flavor.
I will be back because I like the concept, customization and flavors. But I think with these small changes, it would be perfect 😁

Food is good. Only negative thing is how stingy this location is. The portion size is literally equivalent to a 9 month old baby’s serving size. Even when you ask them for more they act like it’s all coming out of their paycheck. Even chipotle’s servings are 3x more. Fix that and easily a 5 star. Staff could also be a little more friendly.
