Bowls are delicious, but the in store ordering and payment process could be optimized a little better. Three specific examples. 1. We ordered the Harissa chicken and the garlicy chicken bowls as they are, so the servers were using the specific recipe card for each bowl. But as the line moved on, the servers mixed up the bowl and the card pairing with the bowls ordered by the customer in front of us. 2. The food and place was wonderful - it was my first time trying and loved it. But the service left a lot to be desired. The staff was pretty rude and unprofessional - and they were arguing with each other in front of customers which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope the restaurant provides better customer service training for their employees.
Mykaela, is always the very best! Even when it's 830pm or early daytime, with a rush or not. She still goes the extra mile, to ensure customers receive the same quality in service, food & specialty made drinks they came in craving, each time. Never we don't have right now nor we can't make. She is a proven leader, in follwing the CAVA mission on generosity, making you feel good & especially excited to return...cause the wait will be well worth it.
