Their reward program sucks, doesn’t work, never get rewards for the money spent. Something so easy… Smiles on employees are inconsistent which means lack of training. Food made up for the above challenges. Hope you guys get it together.
Receive a text about when to go inside to pick up food at location. Patiently wait 20 minutes after arriving at location for text to go inside. Never receive texts. Go inside. Find food sitting on shelf. Ask for food, receive food, then leave. What's the point of asking to wait till you receive the text? If you're not going to send the text!?!?!!? Never going to wait for a text to receive my food again. Food was cold. Thank you very much.

I want to start by saying I took a birthday party of 10 here and I know that can be overwhelming at times. This night crew was beyond amazing, attentive, sweet, and completely phenomenal. Literally the entire staff from the time we walked in the door to the end of our visit was spectacular!!! The food was perfect as well it came out hot, delicious, and nobody had to wait on anything. The manager that runs this shift has this atmosphere absolutely amazing! I have been to high dollar restaurants that have not given me the service I received tonight. I especially want to thank our phenomenal waitress Camren she was on top of the refills, the entire order was perfect, she was so kind to everyone, and she even took the time out of the clearly slammed night to chat with the kiddos at our table to make us all feel right at home. I will absolutely recommend this location especially the night shift! If I could give them 100 stars I would Thank you all for making our birthday dinner!!!!

So me and 2 other friends came here to enjoy some food, relax, and catch up but it slowly turned into us all being nauseous before we even left the restaurant! We all ordered triple dippers, the food came out cold, our waiter (I think her name was Karen) was so awkward and slow she kept looking at us like she couldn’t comprehend what we were saying. It took her so long to bring our chips and salsa, it took our food even longer to come out. We went to chilis on Saturday Feb.15 and it’s now Wednesday Feb.19 and we have been nauseous, stomach cramping up badly, going to the bathroom non-stop, throwing up non-stop, dizzy, and not being able to hold food/liquids down since Saturday. Also not to mention when we first arrived we were informed that it would be a 30 minute wait for 3 people me and my friends were fine with waiting. Another group of 5 people came in and asked to be seated and the host was willing to sit them before us. Luckily the other group were aware that we were waiting before them. The host didn't know what she was doing or something because that’s crazy to me and then she responded with “oh yeah”. Overall our experience was horrible and I WILL NOT be back at this location.

Will never come to this location again. Literally me and my 2 other friends got food poisoning when coming here. It was the worst pain ever for a whole week. We knew it was from here because we all started feeling a little off and nauseous after we finished eating and was still in the restaurant. We all had the triple dipper so I’m not sure which part got us sick but it’s completely unacceptable. Not to mention how unclean the restaurant is with sticky tables and dirty menus. Please save yourself the sickness and go anywhere else

Service has improved this location has struggled with staffing. Good servers all the time, but they were under staffed, so they had longer wait times. We will be back.

Maddie at the bar was PHENOMENAL. We came on a super busy night (National Margarita Day) and that didn’t affect the service or quality of food at all. Will absolutely return. Thank you for amazing service ❣️

Chicken was refried. Quesadillas were cold. Salad appear to be old. Nothing with the salad scene fresh. The chicken sandwich was disgusting. We’ll never come back.

Avoid. Terrible. Have tried twice to come here. Staffing issues, no children menu- ran out. 15 minutes after being seated, no server. Asked for server to come to table, was told they were dealing with a tab from another table. Asked if a different server could take our order, was told we can't do that. Asked to be seated in a different server section, again told not possible. Asked to speak to manager, was told unavailable but I could wait to talk to her. Waited another 5-10 minutes and finally could not wait longer and left with my family. If this is any indication of standards, I can only imagine the quality of food. Hope it is this specific location and not ALL Chili's. Have never experienced this.... ever! Icing on the cake was how many available seats there were. This was a Wednesday at 7p, btw.

Terrible service. Do not order carry out. On more than one occasion, I've ordered and then waited in the vestibule for 15 minutes before being addressed, only to be met with attitude, to pick up an order I had been looking at on the shelf for 15 minutes. Called the restaurant and spoke to the supposed manager Autumn? Who offered nothing as far as an apology or resolution. Was informed location dose not have a GM, so my only recourse is to not return, and to let people know that unless you want cold food with a side of bad attitude, stay home and cook.
