Turned away while still open for an hour and a half, how is this even allowed? I work in food service and understand it gets rough sometimes but how can you claim you're open but not accept any new customers walking in?

Everything you'd expect from an American restaurant, good food, good service and a laid back atmosphere. I had the Salmon which was great, the kids ended with dessert which was a big hit.

Absolutely disgusting. Never order a mobile order through them. They were told no avocado and tomato in my salad due to an ALLERGY, and I find tomato in my salad, and avocado SMEARED on the bottom. That was a pleasant surprise when grabbing my food out of the bag. Will never be back, and expect a full comp for my meal.

I want to love them, but I can't. This Chili's is reminding me why I stopped going to Chili's years ago. I opened the silverware and mine had rice in the fork. That means the servers took a fork, either saw the rice and didn't care or didn't inspect anything. I asked for a replacement. The silverware was on the foggy spotty side, I hoped it was actually clean. I ordered an appetizer, steak fajitas, and my daughter had the mini burgers. The appetizer showed up, then 10 seconds later the main dishes. That was a bit too soon, but I figured I could work with it. Looking at the steak fajitas, I told the server they should be sizzling. Her response is our sizzling sauce isn't working, she didn't know why. Then as I ate it I notice the meat was on the dry side. Then my daughter pointed out her burgers were dry and the bun was also dry and a bit crunchy. They were over cooked. If you really want a good Chili's experience I would suggest you try the Allen Park location.

My waitress was wonderful even though you can tell the place was short staffed. But what I did not care for was that I had a free dessert code on my phone for my birthday. I was told that it’s just a scoop of ice cream with some chocolate syrup on top.! That’s pitiful. You guys use to do the lava cake with ice cream on top. I declined that offer.

March 10 3pm still waiting been 30m. No help. We have party of 5 they won't seat us because they have no help. So freezing by front door not inside in a booth.

We were seated promptly after waiting less than 5 minutes at 5:30 for party of 5.Waitress was attentive and kind!Food came out in a timely manner, and got refills on our soda when they got low.If I had one critique is that the price was high for the portions they give you.Otherwise, we had a great experience and would return again.
