Ordered orange chicken with white rice and a Coke. Delivery was by a guy who spoke no English. No Coke and no white rice and my chicken was like a tough sponge. Called the restaurant and they wanted to refund just my Coke. Horrible food and service. I will never go back.

Breading soft could be crisper once you add the sauce the breading falls off. Chicken can be a little chewy however the flavor is still good. Just ask them to cook it longer or extra crispy should take care both issues.

There must have been a change in management as the quality of food and staff is much to be desired. The young lady at the cash register I could hardly hear her. When I asked her to speak up she roller her eyes because I interrupted her computer time. The food was less than tasty, nothing like it was previously. This will be the last time I visit this restaurant. Time to find a new Chinese restaurant! So sad this place is going down hill. Don't waste your money!

This was the first time stopping here.I have to say it was the best egg roll and shrimp fried rice that I’ve ever had!The portion size was amazing as well! The fried rice was bursting out of the container! So good!

Ita a little hole in the wall nowhere to sit, amd it visually takes about 10 minutes longer than they say, but the food is delicious. Hot, fresh, and very yummy. Would definitely recommend ? ?

Chicken chow mean had no chicken, all vegetablesand mainly bean sprouts. Called to tell them and they said that is how it comes, its mainly veggies. Even though there was no chicken, that was the explanation...like, what!?!

Used to be really good, I think they have new owners or something because it is not good at all anymore

I love Chin Express. They have great food and big portions. It's been my favorite Chinese restaurant since they opened, and they've never messed up my order. The General Tsao chicken is my go to. Everything else I've ever tried from there, except the pad Thai is amazing. I just don't like white onions in pad Thai, that's weird. Still the best Chinese take out you'll find in Canton, easily.

General Tao and Mongolian beef very different from other restaurants. Which would be fine but I do not care for their version. No Green Onions in the Mongolian Beef which is a no no for me. Also in a heavy gravy.Sweet sour chicken is chicken fingers in a sauce. No onions, vegs or fruit. just Chicken with sauce and rice.crab Rangoon were good

NEW OWNERS WITHIN THE PAST YEAR+ Very, very disappointed!!! I always had great food for over 20+ years and the same family owned it. The woman always remembered her customers and her sons each worked there before they went to college and if they came home on break, it was nice to see and hear how they were all doing. I think they must've retired, as the last time I was in, new people were there. That lady told me the others were gone and that the dishes were all the same as they had been prior.... Boy was that a lie. It was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, nothing I ordered even resembled the previous dishes, which unit in itself wouldn't have necessarily been bad if it tasted good (like it had). YUK, I can't say anything good about it. Sad when I think of how it was and how busy they used to be prior to leaving. I used to drive over 25 minutes to patronize this business as it was always a positive experience, but NO MORE. I thought I would see if maybe I had been hasty in my judgment but sadly after reading the reviews, I see I wasn't. With all the various Asian eateries around I can't imagine this will last very long. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, or TIME AND DON'T SUBJECT YOUR TASTEBUDS OR STOMACH TO THIS CRAP. PS. This is just my opinion, but after reading so many other negative reviews from the past 9+ months, clearly I'm not the only one who is no longer a fan. Be warned. Awful

Strictly take out. Food is absolutely delicious. Worth going here. Lots of food at a reasonable price.
