This has happened on two separate occasions, even after reordering the food. Tried calling restaurant and no one would pick up the phone. Go to Qdoba instead!

I went to this location on 2/14/2025. It wasn’t too long after they opened. I ordered a bowl with double chicken. All other ingredients were French but the chicken. It was very burnt , dry, and overcooked. It was almost as if it was reheated from the day before. I picked around the chicken

They are ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING! First time my husband went they were out of rice! 30 minute wait for that he said. If yall don’t go next door to the grocery store and get some instant rice!! Second time going today and they were out of cheese and salsa verde! Yall need to prep better! And manage the food count better! Look at sales from last year or something!
