LOOK AT ALL THE POOR REVIEWS!!!

My wife and I are currently observing the Daniel Fast for the month of January, which means we are eating a vegetarian, whole-foods diet with no alcohol and no caffeine. Chipotle has always seemed like a great option for that kind of meal, at least in our opinion.

Earlier this month, my wife and I went to the Chipotle on Ford Road in Canton for lunch on a Tuesday. When we finally got to the front of the line, we were told they had no vegetables at all—no avocado, no fajita veggies, nothing. There was no apology and no indication of when vegetables would be available again, so we walked out and headed to a local restaurant called Shisho Palace instead.
Shisho Palace was a completely different experience. They were extremely accommodating and polite, and the grape leaves, lentil soup, and the rest of the food were excellent. They handled our dietary restrictions without any issue, and we left very impressed. If you have not eaten there yet, it is worth your time to give them a try.

We decided to give that same Chipotle another chance the next day, on Wednesday. Again, there was no avocado and essentially no way for us to get a meal that fit our Daniel Fast guidelines, so once more we left without being served. At this point, that particular Chipotle is off my list; there are simply too many other restaurants in the area that provide better service and actually seem to care about what they are doing.
I reached out to Chipotle’s customer service and have not received any response, which makes me suspect they are getting a high volume of complaints. Given the service and operational issues we experienced, if you own Chipotle stock, this might be a good time to consider selling. Recent analyses have already highlighted concerns about slowing same-store sales growth and questions about whether the stock still justifies its premium valuation.

Staff was super unfriendly and unhelpful the woman serving my food told me they were out of lettuce when I asked if there was lettuce in the back, she pulls out a full tub…..then when I’m going to check out, they are out of chips. Serving staff did not have the best attitude and we’re very skimpy with the portions will not be back to this chipotle location there are way better.

As much as I love Chipotle, the prices have gotten outrageous. I spent $37 for one person. I was grateful to a staff member who saw how scarce my tacos looked & put another spoonful of meat in each one of my tacos. Another staff member bagging food and ringing it it up, put my chips on the bottom of the bag along with my tacos and literally smashed my tub of guacamole on top of everything else. The trick is to definitely go inside as oppose to having it delivered. Most of the time, my order is wrong or I'm shorted something. It's always a hit or miss.

Very rude, unprofessional, smart mouths, provoking. Someone will talk to the wrong customer one day and it will end very badly. I was told they had salad dressing by one employee and the employee that ran the register said there was no salad dressing. No big deal but it was the way I was talked to that was the problem. After I said I didn’t want the food anymore, the girl at the register hit me with the most condescending ā€œByeā€ I received in my 41 years of living. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The workers are rude and extremely lazy!! Every time they run out of something, they do not make more of it even if there are several hours before closing time. There has not been one time where I've ordered here and actually gotten the fajita veggies I requested. I was missing multiple items in my order today. Go to Qdoba instead.
