My husband and I went. When I was getting my order, one of the servers skipped my husband and took her friend's order behind him. The server making my order was so focused on what her friend behind me was ordering, that only half of my ice cream was mixed while the other half was just ice cream. Great ice cream, but terrible service.

I tried to order Chocolate Devotion to go & I was told there is no chocolate of any kind in the store. Yes that was the case 8pm during a long weekend night. So, I ordered non chocolate ice cream to go & I was handed a heaping cup with no cover. I iterated that I need it to go but I was told there are no covers!! Then the server just left cause I told him again that I need it with a cover to go!!

I came with my daughter for ice cream. The woman made mine first. It took her 10 MINUTES to understand the 3 ingredients my daughter wanted in her ice cream. By the time her was made mine was completely melted. If you can't remember 3 ingredients after being told what they are for 10 minutes you should be fired. I will NEVER return to Cold Stone ever again.

The staff is hardworking. They don't always have a wide donut selection but all the food is fresh and well presented. I went there once and the cook made me up a special order veggie sandwich. Great service! We often us this location to get food items for our business meetings. The landscaping is well kept up.
