Been twice now and each time they seem to be out of some key ingredients. Recently no milk therefore no milkshakes. The employees seemed very tired and annoyed to be there, not a single smile to be seen and very sluggish while a line was out the door waiting. With premium prices I do expect a little more… hope they can get their act together soon, perhaps new management could help?

Very friendly staff and nice area. However the inside itself is very small and shares the space with a other food place, so if both are busy it can be a bit cramped.

I walked in at 9:50 with 10 minutes before close. There were still five other customers in there, and as soon as I walked in a long-haired ginger worker rolled his eyes and made a loud annoyed sound. He then served me and I got a like it size mix of cotton candy and cake batter ice cream. He gave me about a quarter of a scoop of each ice cream and filled my like it size bowl up about halfway. He then proceeded to be very disrespectful at the checkout and was obviously annoyed that I was in there.
