I placed a simple drive-thru order for an Oreo custard and ended up wasting 45 minutes of my day for nothing. I sat in the drive-thru so long that the line literally wrapped around me twice. I finally went inside to figure out what was happening, only to stand in another long line just to get a refund.

The staff told me my order “never went through,” meaning I would’ve just sat there endlessly with zero communication and no customer care. Absolutely ridiculous. No sense of urgency, no proactive service, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

I will never return to this location and can’t recommend it to anyone. Total waste of time.

Huge shoutout to Lance! Very kind, and fun guy. Took our order, made great conversation, and our meals were great. It’s very rare to enjoy a sit down meal at a chain restaurant, but Lance was super kind- and while we are not in this area very often, I would drive out here again just for the friendly service! And the place was very tidy too. :)

The Michigan Man

How hard is it to read a ticket? If you order a butterburger basket youre supposed to get fries with it. No fries and the forgot my ranch. And yet these people want top dollar, how about focus on getting orders right before minimum wage effort demands top dollar..

I've been to a lot of different Culver's and this is by far the slowest ever. Waited over 30 minutes in the dining area for our food to be brought out cold. Fries were even bad. It was pretty ridiculous.

Got a hair in my sandwich after spending $60 for two sandwiches and chicken tenders and brought all the food back because it was cold and had hair in it and I didn’t want any of it anymore. But they said they don’t do refunds was only given $13 dollars back. Even though the employees don’t wear hair nets and had on furry coats while making food and drinks and ice cream.

Never have l ever experienced nothing negative at a Culver’s but this evening the food was aweful…. The coleslaw something I genuinely love was missing an ingredient not to mention the amount which was less than the usual.. The fish !! Overly cooked double to triple batter… Definitely won’t be returning to this location and lm a resident for 5 years… Westland will continue to be and has always been the location for me… Canton you fell miserably!!

We waited over 15 minutes for a kid’s meal after ordering/waiting in line in the drive thru. We went in to ask half way through the wait at the curb and we also called, and they were very rude/condescending and didn't care. They brought the food out and it was all smushed inside a greasy bag and they didn’t apologize. We understand dinner is a busy time, but the lack of customer service was really disappointing. Even just an acknowledgment of the long wait would have helped smooth things over. Instead we were asked by the cashier “what do you want me to do about it?”

Watched the car in front of me wait over 20 minutes just for the food to be brought out. Not sure how long they sat there before that. Only 3 cars in the entire drive through / inside and the person working the window was incredibly rude. Along with also the entire staff just partying and screaming while your trying to order. But no one helps the guest. I only came because usually culvers is my favorite and I work down the street. Lesson learned. Won't be back anytime soon. Will go to the wixom location. They never disappoint.

I have come here several times over the last 2 1/2 years and for the most part the food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is acceptable. The owner seems to be in the store often and always working. I always get the cod sandwich or butter burger. During the lunch rush the typical wait time is about 10 minutes but is worth the wait.

Parking: Plenty of parking for dine in customers.

I only gave Culver's three stars . Because I'm a real reviewer ,and not paid to give a worm and fuzzy review .My honest review is that the beef patties are thinner than they use to be , when Culver's first came to Michigan yrs ago.I really miss that . Due to that reason . I don't eat at Culver's all the time ,but if I want a real fast food hamburger .With real beef and cheese .That's not heavily processed .Culver's is # one for me.
