I have been meaning to stop by this place for quite some time and finally got around to it. I was not disappointed. The owner was super nice and let us in even though we showed up a bit before they opened. The Chai selection was good and I really enjoyed the vanilla Chai. I never knew that they sold food as well as Chai, but I really enjoyed getting to sample several South Asian food selections. Overall, great experience and I will be stopping back by.

My Tiramisu chai was delicious and the cake was phenomenal. Not very crowded and had ample seating which I loved. Worked here for a few hours and will def return to try some food.

We recently visited Cups n Chai seeking a quick meal and a cup of chai. We ordered three achari chicken wraps and a combo that included a wrap and chai. While the chai was decent, it left an unpleasant bitter aftertaste.
Unfortunately, the wraps did not meet our expectations. The chicken was dry and had an off-putting odor, suggesting it may not have been fresh. Additionally, the portion size was smaller compared to other wrap establishments, and the lack of sauce exacerbated the dryness of the meat. In our rush, we regrettably decided against seeking a refund, though we ended up discarding two wraps entirely and sampling the other two.
On a positive note, the ambiance and service were commendable. However, given the disappointing quality of this particular dish, we cannot recommend it. We hope for improvements in the future.
