The marketing team is on the loose! Pizzawala has become cumbersome. It used to be our go-to take out pizza. They have complicated themselves. Between too busy to answer the phone and then sending you to their website where the importance of marking and developing their brand for franchise purposes has completely overrun the functionality of ordering a pizza. Try cross-referencing the name of the pizza on their website to the pizza on the ordering menu. There the pizzas are organized into collections and then each now have a trademarked name. Put the marketing people back into the cage and please give us something more straightforward to order from. Also, the prices have gotten a bit high too quickly; maybe not pay the marketing people so much? John

My recent order from here was a major disappointment, especially given the prices. I ordered the Paneer Tikka Pizza and the Veg (Soy) Manchurian Pizza.
The Paneer Tikka Pizza was just okay—nothing special, but passable.
The Veg (Soy) Manchurian Pizza, however, was frankly inedible and a complete disaster. It was severely burnt on the edges, had a terrible, over-powering taste of soy sauce, and was aggressively spicy. The dark, oily appearance (as shown in the picture) and heavy flavor profile made the whole thing feel incredibly unhealthy and poorly prepared.
When I called to complain about the quality of the Manchurian pizza, the service was severely lacking. I received a very poor and unhelpful response. The staff seemed uninterested.
Extreme lack of quality control combined with the terrible customer service, means I cannot recommend this place.

I used to love their pizza but today i ordered a paneer tikka pizza and that pizza was so dry it feels like they havent put enough sauce and when i complained and told to atleast remake me a pizza they are like we cannot do anything. There is no thing like “customer satisfaction”. Never gonna order again, no proper service as compared to expensive pizza, wasted my money!
