Very disappointed with my visit to this Dunkin’ in Canton, MI. The employee at the drive‑thru window spoke to me with a nasty attitude and accused me of lying about my order when I asked where my coffee was. That level of disrespect is unacceptable and this location has lost my business.

They never pay attention to detail, every time I order (the exact same drink) everytime they mess it up and it's never good. Take your customers who keep you in business and make it possible for you to get a pay check at this job more seriously as we pay for our service/food/drinks.

Today I went in for my usual coffee in the afternoon, and I asked for a very little ice, which has never been a problem before ever. I tried talking to the gentleman that was at the cash register and he started arguing with me. Tells me that espresso shot is never on the label but every other time I’ve ordered it’s on the label. He told me that it’s in there just paste it I asked him to remake it and I was denied. Then he went and got the manager and told me that they’re not allowed to make it without ice and I said yesterday I came in and I’ve always asked with or without ice just sometimes I don’t want it. He told me I’m not allowed to order it that way and I’m not allowed to ask for a very little ice and that he has to make it his way. I have never heard of that crap before ever. I always deal with the ladies in the evening, but after today, I will never be coming back and I’m going to tell everyone.

Baskin-Robbins never disappoints! The ice cream is always fresh, with plenty of flavors to choose from. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Today I asked for 24 mochi donuts and when I got home I found out that they stack the 24 pieces over each other in one pack. The way it looks so disgusting and unprofessional way representing Dunkin donuts company. When I called the major he didn't even apologize all he said we are out if boxes..... now I know why Dunkin donuts are losing loyal customers.....this branch in canton ford rd

Stopped in just to grab a gift card and walked into what felt like a caffeine-fueled escape room. About 10 people working in a very small space, all moving at once, all in each other’s way. Service itself was totally fine—no complaints there—but wow, the energy was… a lot. I was overstimulated and I wasn’t even the one making drinks. Bonus points for having exactly one gift card left, which I managed to snag like it was the last life raft. Next time? Drive-thru is probably the move.

This is the most friendly, well-operated Dunkin I have ever been to! We are weekly customers. The food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are extremely kind (especially to the children who come in)! We are so grateful for their hard work and the amazing food they provide.
