Great bagels, great atmosphere, good place to relax and have a bagel and coffee. Services polite, but seems a bit robotic rather than interactive.

Went in to get a dozen bagels but Brenda was rude and disrespectful. I just walked out. You can keep your hard bagels that have been sitting out for hours. I wont spend money in a place like this and I wont be going back!

I went to the store on 6/5/25 because the store was closed when I went to pick up my online order placed on 6/3/25 and was told by the manager on duty “there is nothing I can do”. The manager even laughed at me when I walked out of the establishment after being as polite as possible. I never yelled or was inappropriate, yet I got disrespected. I am truly disappointed in the service I received. I never received my food and couldn’t get a refund. I hope this isn’t how they treat their customers regularly. I usually enjoy food from einstein’s, but this really angered me. If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money here again……BIG MISTAKE.

The food and the service is excellent. My only critique is that they always seem to run out of whole wheat honey bagels while having an abundance of the other bagels. Whatever number of whole wheat honey bagels they make probably should be doubled so they aren’t out them before 11am. Service is always fast and friendly.

Breakfast sandwiches are always very good.

I went today to try the baker’s special, only to find out that you have to make a purchase at least a month in advance to qualify. I ordered three Texas briskets, but apparently, that didn’t count as a valid purchase. I ended up not getting the dozen baker’s special, and honestly, it felt like customer service wasn’t really a priority here.

Found this place a few months ago. Been back many times since. Always good. Always consistent. Friendly service. Doesn't hurt I love ice cream.

Best speciality bagels I ever had. Fresh and soft to chew. The cream spread flavors are equally fresh and tasty.
