Updated for the worse…After a boiler plate response to my concern on google
asking for an updated review once I escalated to corporate I wish I could lower the review for this location even further. Never received a refund or an email response even after using the link provided. This location could not care less about customer service or follow up. And they still haven’t refunded my money for the order I never received.

After waiting almost 5 minutes at the register for someone to take my order had to walk out after waiting 20 minutes in line for my order. They appeared to be only preparing order for those who ordered ahead. If you aren’t capable of having walk in business then only accept order ahead or commute if you have to wait 40 minutes for a simple sandwich. Complete chaos no one seemed to be in charge

The drinks are not made as ordered. Also, it should be customary to ask customers if they want pastries warmed up and not served cold. The staff can be a little rude at times.

I love the atmosphere. It is larger than most Einstein stores and even has outdoor dining The coffee is usually fresh in early morning and better than most Einstein stores

Idk what happened, bagels used to be great especially the six cheese. Now the bagels taste an have the consistency of a mcdonalds hamburger bun!! Egg a turkey sausage on six cheese had zero flavor, dry and just not good for almost $10, no thanks.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. My order was misplaced, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes just to get a simple bagel. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of urgency and communication made the situation frustrating.

A few things happened. First i ordered 6 plain and 6 everything bagels and 6 jalapeno cheddar bagels and 6 cream cheese. Instead of putting it as 1 bakers dozen and one half of gourmet dozen with 3 cream cheese, they put it in as 2 separate half dozens and a half dozen of gourmet bagels with 4 extra cream cheese. I had to walk her through it. Apparently I was one bagel short of the bakers dozen. I ordered light ice on the iced caramel mocha and apparently they put less coffee in when you ask for light ice. I have never saw this before. I sarcastically said is there less coffee because I wanted less ice and the reply was yes. Unbelievable. But the food and drinks were good.
