Our server, Kendra was awesome. She was very friendly attentive and just a great person. Our food was great and the coffee was hot. This is the first time I have been there and I will be going back.
We had a party of 4. We got our food and appetizers before drinks and then when we got the bill after bad service, we were hit with a large party fee of 18% add to the bill. Will not be back as was not posted for party of 4 you have to pay large party fee for bad service.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience demands to be acknowledged. What was once a reliable and enjoyable restaurant has deteriorated into a disorganized, dismissive operation that showed no regard for its guests’ time or experience.
We were quoted a 20–30 minute wait. We were finally seated after 1 hour and 30 minutes — without so much as a status update, apology, or gesture of courtesy during that time. Once seated, we were left untouched for another 15 minutes...read full review
