Lillianna has the best customer service. From beginning to the end, she didn’t miss. I will be back. Quick service, food was nice and hot temperature wise. This the first time I got my boil out of the bag per her suggestion & I’m glad I did. Not as messy in my opinion. She asked all the needed questions. Checked on me every chance she got. Very polite & friendly. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Went there tonight with my daughter. We waited to be seated which is fine, but the waitresses were just up talking. Once seated it took 15 minutes for our waitress to walk by and she looked like she was gonna keep going until we made direct eye contact so she stopped. Ordered and our food was out quick and she brought our water. Then we never saw her again. We finished eating, we were hoping to catch her because we needed more water. After about 25 minutes we bagged our own food and got up to go to carry up to check out and finally saw her. She quickly took the bill, made excuses about being soooo busy and, despite the service, I still tipped. The more I think about it I probably shouldn’t have. I watched other waitresses tend to their tables efficiently and with a better attitude. I didn’t even see ours in the vicinity. Terrible attitude and terrible service.

Terrible service, not welcoming and poorly prepared food…Management could have cared less regarding concerns. Would not recommend this location.

Monica was very funny and helpful. We had some first timers and she cleared everything up.

We had Autumn serve us tonight she was absolutely amazing, it was cold outside and we were freezing but her smile brought warmth in our hearts ❤️ Truly an amazing server, and she most definitely served in more ways than one.

I’ve been to multiple hook & reel locations and canton is by far the best! Yvette is the most fun and knowledgeable server. She made the whole experience better and was so helpful!
