I’m very disappointed in the lack of empathy from the store manager! I asked for my order to be handed to me, but the delivery person left it on my porch, and it was cold by the time I got it. When I called to complain, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. Very unprofessional experience!!!!

Ordered a pizza in 11/29/25. After an hour and 20 minutes called for an update and was told they were waiting for a door dash pickup and had no estimate as to when the pizza might come with no offer for any resolution. I don’t recommend wasting your time and money with this business.

Got a good deal on a thin crust pizza. Had pepperoni and sausage with asiago cheese crust. 😋
Weirdest of all, refused to give crushed pepper packets, despite there being a stack of them visible to customers. The nice kid at the front was going to hand a few of them over but the manager (Tyler?) told him not to. Not sure why! Easy to speculate.

So long story short I ordered food through the HH app. They charged me a$5 dollar drivers fee (which I get and I’ve been charged that before). I had placed 20% tip since I wasn’t going to be home and wanted who I thought would be a Hungry Howies driver to get a tip. I looked at the App and it stated that your door dash driver was on there way. When I got home my site stated that the door dash driver never got the tip. The sitter stated that the pizza was burnt. I use to love this place. I will never order from here again.

My order was wrong and pizza was nasty The cashier didn't even greet me even after I said have a good night he just looked exhausted and rolled his eyes i got sick here along time ago I thought I would give them another try but still didn't workout I have had better frozen pizza at the grocery store then this

Wow guys! This is absolutely superb! Thanks so much! Everything made to perfection! It’s been a very long time since having amazing Hungry Howie’s food. This used to be a favorite. With exception of the sub being a little thin on top ( totally not a deal breaker though lol) I will return again to this location. This was fast, fresh and made right even with my tomato and lettuce to the side and added mild peppers and black olives. Thanks again! Wow guys, so good! I tried to get pics of it all in tact but, my son dug I’m on the way home. 😂 so he thanks y’all too.

Pizza was Hot N Fresh and on time. I was greeted when I walked in and immediately taken care of during the lunch rush. I got the lunch special small pizza with 20oz. Will go back. Only thing that could have been better was having Parmesan cheese packets, which were out of stock.
