You know what would be fantastic? If literally any Jersey Mikes listened when you order no oil and no vinegar instead of completely soaking your sandwich in it anyway. When the sandwich says lettuce only, that means lettuce only. Went to eat my dinner at work (I purchased it before work) and my sandwich was completely soggy and disgusting.

First time to this location, Dave the Manager greeted me with a smile handshake and side hug, don't fear he's a great dude. I used to work with him as one of his employees, then was a manger with him at another business, anyway, his staff was friendly, his location was clean, I for sure will go back, even when Dave isn't there.

Customer service today was absolutely awful. Employee who was cashing me out was very rude and disrespectful for no reason. He said his name was Sabastian but my receipt said Nathan. I definitely will not be returning and will not be recommending it to anyone.

One of the best Jersey Mike's I've been to, lovely staff, and the dining room and bathrooms were spotless. The food was great, and the Hot Honey was totally worth the up charge. I'm definitely gonna stop by when I'm in the area again.

I ordered ahead, and I definitely meant to give it extra time to be ready on purpose (totally not due to my poor time management) and my order was ready when I arrived. I ordered a portobello cheesesteak with extra meat on rosemary cheese bread and it was delicious. Packed with meat and toppings. Juicy and still very warm, despite me being like 40 minutes late to pick it up. Everything was correct. Customer service was friendly to everyone. Employees were working their buns off (pun intended). Store was clean, lots of open tables. I ate in, and other customers were in and out quickly. Very happy with this location, and I plan to return.

Stopped in on Christmas Eve. The food was great and the staff was exceedingly friendly. My family particularly enjoyed the Chicken Philly and the Italian. We'll definitely be back in the near future.
