Horrible customer experience ran promotion they did not honor called was hung up on drove up there well before they closed and was turned away and pretty much denied service just because they had a "busy day" I'm sorry but that is very unprofessional if u run a promotion to bring in customers then u should make sure you have the man power and supplies to accomodate that as well as your customers also you could have just said over the phone that the promotion was no longer being run I left work and wasted time and gas for nothing very dissapointing and won't be going back to this jets again

Well we get pizza from here 2 to 3 times a month. Its one of our favorites pizzas. But recently we get charged almost $10 more dollars for the same order we get every time . Now if this was the price that would be fine but sometimes its almost $10 cheaper. It just makes no sense .

Completely ridiculous that when trying to order a pizza online you are given one price but not given the option to pay cash when its picked up, so you call the store directly and are given a completely different and $6 higher price even though you explain and provide the offer/coupon code. This is not the first time this specific location has given a higher final price than listed or given at Jets other locations....Pay attention to your bill and reciepts when ordering here

Do they not teach how to do your job anymore? The girl that worked on Thursday 12 pm 1/23/25 needs to learn how to do her job. I as a customer should not have to tell her how to do her job then do it for her. Been coming here for years but maybe it’s time to look at all the other jets around us.
