Couldn’t even eat my sandwich because I asked for no mayo and what do I get MAYO!! Wish I checked it before I drove all the way home. I didn’t even bother because the other locations I’ve been to never messed up before.

There drive thru is really weird. They turn off one of their signs at night and it makes them look closed from 6pm and beyond. Ordered a spicy italian and didnt even have the spicy peppers in it. Called and told them they forgot part of the sub. The lady over the phone literally just said “okay” and they didnt even offer to make it right. Not friendly or convenient. 0/10

I go to Jimmy John’s about once a week and always get my chipotle ranch on the side and today they told me it $0.70 to get it on the side. That’s ridiculous! Not sure if this is a company thing or just this location but I suggest going elsewhere

I can no longer trust this location. The white paper that separates the cheese slices in a cheese package wasn’t removed and was on my sub, unfortunately I noticed too late. Thoroughly inspect your sub people!

Pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for about 3 minutes before driving around to confirm the store was open, it was, drove around to drive thru again and sat for about 5 minutes then asked "are you open???" And finally someone says "what can I get you" so I go up to the window and ask if the drive thru is broken and the girl just says "no I was just helping another customer" like...it takes two people 10 minutes to help one customer? Yikes ? also...if you're busy, JUST SAY THAT

Ordered ahead on the app. Food was ready when we arrived. It looked and tasted fine. Dining room was clean but that bathrooms were a little dingy.

I've only been to this location 2 times now and due to yesterday, I will not be returning. The service here is too hit or miss. The cashier literally saw my coupon for a free sandwich and refused to include it in my order after I requested such. On top of that while we waited, my brother and I kept getting side glances from all the staff. Highly uncomfortable atmosphere and sticky floors all over. Complete 180 from my first experience. My sandwich barely had any tuna on it too, leaving me with more celery and onions than the actual fish.

Now I'm starting to understand why there's never any customers when I go there.

Terrible customer service. Charged my card for food then lied about calling to tell me no delivery driver. No accommodation just "the money will return in 3-5 days but you can come pay again."

Does not deliver to me. I’m 3 miles away… makes no sense. Staff is very slow and disorganized. 3 out of the last 3 times they’ve missed items or gave me the wrong order. Today there was a line of people both in the store and at the drive through and no one was to be found. Not sure what they were doing.

They were put of french bread!!!! I was still willing to try my #5 on wheat bread but never got the chance. After waiting about 15 mins in the drivethru I just left as did the car behind me.

Today I paid for extra tuna, and barely got any on the sandwich. Store just opened but I didn't look at the sandwich until dinner time. I will not be returning to this location.
