Very disappointed. We don’t get Jimmy John’s often, because it’s not very close. But last night I was eager to try the pickle which. I drove nearly 25 minutes to pick up dinner and came home to this… I asked for no lettuce or tomato, but where is the meat?!? Seriously???? Dinner fail. Not worth the drive.

Went in for carry out last night. We ordered two sandwiches as and they were made terrible. Only thing positive about them was toasted properly.

Charged my wife two times for one order, and TWICE blew it off, refusing to accept responsibility for the error (once through the store manager and once through the regional manager), as if *we* were out of line for asking them to refund the second charge. Will not return to this branch, and urge everyone else to stay away!! Keep your money!!

Pulled up to Jimmy John’s for lunch and decided to try their new Pizza Sub. I usually skip the limited-time sandwiches because they don’t always live up to the hype — but this one definitely did! The Pizza Sub was cheesy, saucy, and downright delicious. The combination of meats, melted cheese, and pizza sauce hit perfectly. It honestly tasted like a toasted slice of pizza in sandwich form. Jimmy John’s really got this one right. I’ll definitely be ordering it again. If you haven’t tried it yet, go for it — you might be surprised how good it is!

Jimmy John’s used to be our favorite place to go for a sub. Mainly because they put a generous amount of meat on their sandwiches as well as the vegetables. Not anymore. My daughter, my husband and I ordered sandwiches for pick up tonight and there was barely any meat on those sandwiches. Subway gives more meat on the sandwiches without having to order extra meat than Jimmy John’s does and it used to be the other way around. If I had ordered the bigger sandwiches and saw that measly amount of meat that they put on those sandwiches, I would’ve been truly pissed off especially if I had to pay $20 for a sandwich with that stingy amount of meat. Jimmy John’s has declined, becoming very stingy with the amount of meat that they put on the sandwiches. As a matter of fact, I would’ve had to order double meat on my jimmy john sub in order to get the same amount of meat I get on a regular subway sandwich with no extra meat added.
We won’t be spending our money at Jimmy John’s anymore, and we are very disappointed. Our sandwiches were mostly bread with a tiny bit of meat and a Decent amount of vegetables. If I had been ordering just a veggie sandwich, it would’ve been perfect, but I like to be able to know that I have meat on my sandwich like Jimmy John’s used to do.
From now on, we will stick with our local subway because they put a generous amount of meat on their sandwiches along with the vegetables. We would’ve been better off if we would’ve stuck with Subway tonight. These sandwiches were pathetic.

I showed up at 8:30; 1.5 hours before close. Doors were locked and 4 employees looked at me like I was stupid when I tried to enter. I was shooed away-keep in mind this location closes at 10. I was a pedestrian so I couldn’t try a drive through. I did call that location after I got home, and I was met with rude customer service. They would tell me that they close the lobby an hour before they close to mop and clean (I showed up a half hour before the time they told me) and that if I really wanted food I should’ve used the drive through. -I was a pedestrian so a drive through isn’t really customary. The manager that I talked to was very dismissive and just kept saying they closed at 9, even though posted hours were 10 on both the door and website

I only ever get the #12 (Beach Club ⛱️) and it's the best thing every time . This location has a small parking lot if you hit it during rush hour but other than that it is relatively easy to get in and out of.
