This was a first for us. As we walked in, we weren’t greeted just asked how many. To be honest I don’t even think we were asked that, just prompted with the cost for the two and if it was cash or card. . .While trying to pay the associate walked away to finish their team gossip. That was awkward. No policy or rules expressed. After that we sat in the lounge area where there are broken down couches and a mess littered on the floor. Apparently children have to agree to be friends with other children they don’t know. One of ours told another unfamiliar unknown child that she didn’t want to be friends but they could still play together. I guess that didn’t sit well with the parents of the other child so they told the personnel there that our little was a meany pants. So the adult worker/associate felt the need to corner out my “blonde child with color hair” (their choice of words) and told our little to not be mean. No explanation on how not to be mean or what they did that was wrong/mean. Mean while our child already brought to my attention that they had bumped into another child and apologized and again with another child when they accidentally stepped on their toe. Why do adults act so badly towards children? There’s always a different way to approach things. What about reminding children to be mindful of others and of their space, to make sure to use manners, to check in with the people they are with. And please tell your children that not everyone is going to want to be a friend. I’ll never recommend this place and I sure won’t be visiting again. Tried to have a good day out and allowed our children to pick what we did today. The one who was scolded definitely regretted this place for their activity choice. Instant fun squashed. “Bullied by a worker for no reason” is how our little said it. Next time they need to approach the parent/guardian they are with unless it’s an emergency situation.
Great venue to allow my grandchildren freedom to burn off some pinned up energy. Although I’m not joining them, the playscape is big enough for adults to climb though to keep up with there little ones.
My daughters have a great time there! However, I don’t see staff cleaning ever, especially compared to other indoor play places I have been with them. The most recent time I went my daughter came down with the stomach bug right after. It would be nice if there was a sick policy or if there is that staff would ask when paying for a day pace. I think I will avoid this place during high sick times compared to other places.
It's my sons 6th birthday today! We decided to go to jungle Java to celebrate 🥳. They would not let us bring our cake in so they took it to the kitchen area to "keep it safe " needles to say this is how it got handed back to me! So thank you so much messing my sons cake up!
Kids enjoy it. Monthly pass is nice. Having only 2 seats in the entire building accessible to an outlet is a miss.
First time here today 12/14/2024 when I walked in I was happy to try out a new playground for my son to play on and as well as I seen a little coffee Cafe that'd attached to the playground..as I'm walking around I'm noticing I gotten quite a few dirty looks and evil stares ..then quickly noticed that it was because I was the only black person inside of the entire establishment..actually made me feel uncomfortable then as I look around I see a white lady speaking with my son and he looked sad after she had spoken with him ..but why would she talk to someone's child instead of going to the mother first ? I started to get up and curse her ass out cause I've felt weird being the only black woman in this playground and alot of racism I see ..I will not be returning to this location ..but rather the Farmington hills location
Disgusting. They don't require socks so there are bare feet all over the inside of the play area. Apperantly everyone there felt that was appropriate even though there is signs saying socks are required. I will be contacting health department.
Would not recommend. Came with my 13 month old. 4-6 year olds monopolizing the todder station with parents no where in sight. Pummeling down the little kids and causing general discord for the youngins. Not my place or job to mandate or reprimand others kids- but certainly will not be spending my money at a location that fails to uphold the areas they declare toddler friendly. Do better and do not waste your time here.
Fun place for the kids to go play but the staff has zero knowledge of food allergies; when I brought it up I was brushed off, all they care about is making money. Plus no outside food allowed and you cannot leave or come back.
Almost zero gf options. IF YOU’RE CELIAC AVOID!!!!!
Overall a nice cozy place for kids to play while parents sit and relax.
The only thing which was strange was they have a designated area for putting in shoes but nobody was using it all the people either had their shoes on, or else they were on floor everywhere people were sitting. I think the staff should enforce people to put their shoes in the designated area.

Always such a wonderful experience, I’ve had my son’s birthday there and it was just amazing. Always so clean and all the employees are so polite. We absolutely love Java Jungle!
Safe, clean indoor playground for children of multiple ages. I’d say it’s probably best for children under 10 years old. My son has visited multiple times at ages 3 and 4. HE LOVED it!! Great family activity at a reasonable cost. Lots of tables and chairs to set up play dates with other families where the adults can sit and talk while the children play. Absolutely recommend!
GREAT place to bring kids. Def pricey, but the staff is very kind and respectful. Had one experience with a kid pushing and intimidating other kids, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they promptly dealt with the situation! Didn't have to worry about a thing, my niece still enjoys going here!
I took my son to a birthday party here. The parents rented out the whole place (after hours), and the young lady was able to invite her whole class. The kids all had a blast! Also, the Jungle Java staff that evening were accommodating without overstepping. I was impressed :)
It was a very good experience. Definitely worth visiting.
