PAY ATTENTION TO THE EXPIRATION DATES EVEN ON THINGS LIKE GATORADE! I purchased a few and they're expired. One was not expired but had huge stringy floaties in it! Tried calling the service desk, and of course it keeps hanging up!

It's ok! There are plenty of times the shelves are partially empty. Sometimes the staff are nice. Sometimes they are downright unprofessional. Produce selection is so so. There are days you can't find limes or red peppers, but there are days they have every packaged salad and side dish you can imagine. Starbucks is in this location. Be prepared to wait. I don't recommend the bakery. I've stood in line for a significant time and have staff just walk past me. Deli is incredibly slow, but they have a nice selection of meats. You can find good deals if you have a Kroger card!

Let me start with the fact I waited outside for 2 HOURS for a grocery pick up. I pulled up just before 7 with a line of about 3 cars waiting to just even get to a pick up spot. Wait for a bit finally got into a spot. About 30 minutes go by and a gentlemen brought out groceries to my car (very nice employee). We were talking and I mentioned how crazy busy it was, by this time there were 7 cars still in the line to get in the spots. He mentioned that the new manager didn't put any of the pick up team members on the schedule that evening so they pulled people from every department including managers and no one was prepared. Poor guy was almost done unloading when I noticed he put something in my trunk I didn't order. He asked what spot number I was and it was the same on the sheet but it was someone else's order. So he apologized and went in and said someone would be out shortly with mine. So I'm waiting as patient as I can be at this point.... another 30 mins go by and I'm getting skeptical that someone might have gotten my groceries just as I almost got someone else's. The lady next to me that was waiting long before I even arrived finally leaves and a new car pulls up they wait 10 mins and get their groceries and leave then I see it happen again. By this time I'm livid it's 8:50, it's been 2 hours since I was here. So I called and told customer service to cancel my order. Wasn't offered any sort of remorse or reasoning for the wait I mentioned to them, they didn't care at all. What a waste of my time, left with no groceries and got pIzza down the road. All in all who ever the new manager is, needs more training or to not be there. I can only imagine how many people received the wrong stuff yesterday. Employees who were working should get a raise or compensated for having to do extra work and deal with that. They did their best. Not coming back to this location again, certainly as long as they have this manager at least. Messy.

Done eating our way through Ann Arbor and the vicinity. Every Kroger has to have a different layout, always. Need a map to find stuff since every Kroger layout is different, of course. Lots of silly and fun gossip in the mags while you wait. It all adds up so quick and we didn't even use the bigger cart.

They had people without masks and the cashier Beatrice was rude and disrespectful.

The Best Kroger around. I live in Detroit and Drive to Canton for the cleanliness the organization the helpfulness etc etc u can find so much more there. Should be a training store for other stores. Especially Dearborn locations

We typically really like this store and enjoy shopping here. I was, however, disappointed yesterday when buying ground beef at the meat counter. A lady who had been out working on the floor or somewhere came over to wait on the gentleman ahead of us. Without washing her hands, she put on her gloves and got him the sausages he wanted. Then, without changing her gloves, got our ground beef. Potential for cross contamination--not to mention the unwashed hands. It grossed us out, to say the least, over this obvious health dept violation for safe food handling procedures. Please remind your employees of what the expectation is in this regard.

The pharmacy workers here are fabulous and shopping here is a great experience. Debbie in the pharmacy made my flu shot experience quick and was a delight to talk to.

Pretty Nice place! Well organized and clean the prices were accurate at the register. Was super busy and lady was kind enough to figure out the long lines meant open more of the self checkout lines that were not open at the time. Easy to find stuff and great layout. I had a pleasant experience and will return when with family that lives nearby Respectfully, Bryan Moore Oklahoma

Better than Meijer across the street for sure. It was renovated not too long ago so everything is pretty nice. It's kind of annoying that the lanes are split in half with an aisle down the middle because of you are walking on the outside (let's say by meat and dairy) you can't see what's in the far aisles because they aren't labeled from that vantage (if that makes sense) so you are forced to walk either down the middle aisle or up and down every aisle to get all your items.
