This place is great everywhere, but here. Half of the lights are shut off that should be on and the people who work here are kind of strange. I told the lady what I wanted and she came back with something entirely different then what I told her. Once I corrected her, she made me the right drink and I was on my way. Not the same "feel" as other locations.

Online order wasn’t fulfilled due to not having main ingredient for promotion beverages and lack of other options. I had to contact corporate to get a refund and didn’t receive the full refund. Bad location and even worse company customer service.

Been going here once a week since they opened. Stopped in today for the regular. One of the drinks did not taste as it usually does. Informed the young man working of this and asked for him to remake it. He proceeded to explain he made it correct and that's just the way it taste. If I wanted a new drink I would have to order a new drink. ? So I guess I'm wrong. Won't be coming back.

I accidentally placed an order for a wrong location on Oct 5, 2024. I didn't notice until I arrived the Novi store. The manger from Novi asked me to call them to cancel the order. Then I called the Canton store, the guy told me the drinks are already made, he said he is not gonna cancel the order and refund to me. What I've been told from the manger of Novi. She told me they should and able to cancel the order and refund to me. Then I told the guy from Canton store, and he said he will ask the manger to do it for me and will call me back in 5 minutes. It's been 3 days now, I didn't received any call from and and didn't see refund in my bank.

The customer service I received Monday was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The girl was on her phone and made it clear I was interrupting her conversation. Also the counter was filthy and so was the restroom. Never coming back.

Terrible experience. They upsold me additional things that i never asked for in my drink. They also fill the cups to the brim with ice if you ask for “less ice”. I was also cut by the cup they gave me and they refuse to take responsibility. Never coming back here!
