Messed up my phone order. Ingredients were missing, and when I called back they said I did not ask for those things and can’t do anything. Rude on the phone. Never going there again.

Quality of food is average and less than average. Not fresh and tasty as well. Definitely disappointed compared to other Restaurants like Bangkok 96 on Telegraph Rd. When we asked for spring roles, they are not available, the server taking the order said. Plus over all quantity and quantities are clearly very disappointing(no value) as we served with 2 thin slice of cucumber as free sides.
I went here a couple of weeks ago, it was my first time actually having Thai food. Yall, it was fire, really really good! I had crab Rangoon, kow pad mild with shrimp. My girlfriend got veggie kow pad spicy, and spring rolls. Everything was amazing and authentic, the restaurant was a bit hot, but they’re cooking in an open kitchen, and it was over 90 degrees outside. I would definitely recommend again! They were very sweet, and accommodating.
As close as it gets to real Thai food in MI! Authentic, family owned and not a chain.
Best Thai food hands down. I have been a customer for 20 years, and will continue to be. The staff is so pleasant and friendly. The food is affordable and reasonably priced. Its fresh hot and delicious EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had outside of Thailand! Great food and amazing service.

Great experience. We ordered a mix of curry and noodle dishes. All fantastic.
Wonderful experience, food was amazing! Will be coming back 😄
Best Thai in S.E. Michigan! Try the Ramada Noodle or the Basil Fried Rice - my two faves!
Excellent food
Nice family friendly place
We visited Lai Thai right after our grandson's Karaté practice/class where he is a 3rd degree black belt assistant instructor. We were staying with him (he is a HS Jr) while his parents were out of town. After his class, we asked him where he wanted to have dinner. Without missing a beat, he said "Lai Thai", which is in the same strip mall in Canton as is his dojo - Pro Martial Arts. I have to admit that I'm not usually too enthusiastic about Asian cuisine. That having been said; I was blown away by our meal, the service, the atmosphere, price, and the friendliness of the staff. All of it was first-rate. I had "Beach Noodles" that included home-made noodles and an assortment of water chestnuts, broccoli, carrots, clams, shrimp, scallops and squid, all in a brown light gravy. It was absolutely delicious . Our grandson had a spicier noodle dish and my wife had the crispy chicken. For starters there was Crab Rangoon that was to die for. All of it was wonderful. The service was spot-on with the owner ( at least we think that he was) - operating as both wait staff and busser for the entire room. He kept up with demand seemingly effortlessly, regardless of it being a Friday evening and a full house. In short, it was a great experience and an even better meal. I am definitely going to have to re-evaluate my attitude towards Asian fare. If you like Asian food (or apparently), or even if you don't - and are in the Canton area, in need of food, you can't do better than Lai Thai for a reasonable outcome, reasonable prices - even nightlife. I recommend it highly. If you find yourself near the intersection of Canton Center Rd and Ford Rd. Tell them that Dave & Joanne sent you. You will be glad that you did.
