Seems like every time I visit this Leo’s there’s a very pissed off woman at the counter. I would highly recommend Leo’s management speak with the young lady that wears glasses & has dark hair. Her attitude is disgusting towards customers who come in there to pick up orders. People like this need to be away from customer service areas as it gives the place a bad look. I refuse to visit this location again.

My waiter was nice and the young man that was helping everyone out was great, food was greatBut they may need a new welcome committee cause the older lady at the front cashier was really rude,. she was highly rude.They only reason why I may not return, is cause of how I was welcome.

Best chili fries I've had since moving out of the area. Great service. Please tell your grand rapids location to step it up. A 2 1/2hr drive should not have to happen to get decent coney.

I ask for a Gyro Pita combo & $27 later this is what was delivered. Of course my fries were all soggy from this bone headed lazy decision. Thanks, but no thanks. Who charges you for a Gyro, and gives you an open face gyro salad? Secondly, if your gonna do something that stupid, why not put the fries in a separate container so that it doesn't get soggy? I'll stick with the Romulus location, because this location is thee absolute worst I've ever experienced. Romulus location never served me anything like this. Appalling!!!

I came in for the first time last weekend to pick up a GrubHub order. Thankfully, I checked my bag before I pulled off. I ordered 2 bowls of chili and a small fry, however, in my bag were gyro sandwiches. I went back into the store and proceeded to tell them that my order was wrong. They checked my receipt and looked through another bag. The guy behind the counter says that the order is correct. It may be correct for someone else, but it was not what I ordered! After a few moments, I was given MY correct order, 2 bowls of chili and fries. We may have eaten one bowl, but the rest definitely was thrown out. The taste was just... off. I don't know how to describe it, but it wasn't tasty at all, and there was an aftertaste. Also, for almost $6 bucks, the fries were very small.I will try L. George's next time. After this experience, I cannot say that I would visit this establishment again.

Service is always efficient and friendly! The food is always delicious. The lemon rice soup is my favorite. You can tell they have real skilled chefs in the back of house. All the veggies are cut beautifully and care is taken in every dish, despite the quick service. I'll always recommend Leo's, this location in

Absolutely horrible. We went to this place last night where we didn't even get menus until 20 minutes into being there. We weren't checked on/asked if we needed any refills. When we did finally get to order it took 45 minutes and I didn't even get my side of cheese fries because they forgot and my grandfather didn't even get his meal until all of us were done. We had to get our own to go boxes, never got our bill until we had to go up to the register .We asked for them to take my grandfathers meal off the bill and they refused. The manager is so extremely rude and so unhelpful. It really seems like they prioritize door dash orders/take out over people actually coming in to dine.
