Best Little Ceasers I've ever had! I went to this location several times and each time the pizza and bread were perfect.

Food is always hot and fresh. They are also very quick to get the order ready. And it’s a good deal in these times. I order here semi frequently, and on the odd occasion that there has been a problem with my order, they have been quick and efficient at fixing it. I really appreciate the customer service they provide.

Made several trips here, never get what I ask for several times. My fiance and I have requested butter and parm on pizza on several occasions and constantly have to remind them when the food is served. They're nice people but I'd like to have my food right the first time when I'm paying for it.

Let me start by saying that I had good interaction with the female owne. I asked that hands were washed and she assured me it would be done. However, the gentleman cutting my pizza was taking his phone out of his pocket while cutting the pizza. (Mistake #1) When I addressed the situation another young guy said, 'we don't touch the pizza with our hands'. Then the male owner jumped in as if he was making it any better. He proceeded to finish boxing up the pizza and instead of handing it to me, he put the pizza in the warmer... As I was waiting, he asked did I receive the code to get it out of the warmer. Wait why would he put it in the warmer when he knew it was mine?.?.?. Customer sevice mistake #2. When I began expressing my concerns he says I cannot hear you (not with a pleasant tone as if he really does not have respect for women - mistake #3) so I told him I wanted to speak to the lady. He proceeds to tell the female owner, 'she wants to talk to the lady, I don't know why'..... (Mistake #4) The young man in the back began to giggle. Well first off that is the person who assured me that hands would be washed and the only person who had any type of customer service. I explained to the female onwer that folks are touching their cellular devices and working around food and that is not acceptable. We all know phones go everywhere and how many people clean their phones. I guess phones while working is now part of servsafe certification or standards have been just lowered. I expressed to the female owner that I come to this location as I felt it was one of the cleaner location, but her husbands lack of customer service coupled with the standards have made me rethink. Seems like it may be under new management, but until customer complaints are taken seriously, not sure that I will be back. I would have rated it lower if it was not for the female owner. The male owner seemed very condescending and he exemplified that behavior to his male staff and his young son who was in the kitchen. I hope lessons are taken from the wife as she was understanding and the experience started off well because of her. Another thing, as I was sitting in the parking lot, I noticed my food was not hot. Ob well. Hope I am not like another reviewer - it is too close to Christmas to end up ill.
Thank God for praying over my food and my mood! 🙏🏾

Ordered a pepperoni, green pepper, and Italian sausage pizza with light cheese...
Cooked to perfection, hot, toppings fully cooked, cheese was melty and delicious...
Crazy bread was so warm, soft, and deliciously good...

I always love Little Caesars they have that new crazy Puffs things. I think they're okay I always get a Hot-N-Ready some crazy bread and then they have those you know the puffs. But I really like is the garlic dip girl that works as somebody else has a better debt for the garlic but I don't think so.
Somehow Little Caesars there's a really good. And now it's part of me whenever I think of getting Little Caesars I got to have those garlic dips to me they're the best so.

Flood was ready, but it was not hot. Completely flat and almost no sauce. Also the most expensive little Caesars I've been too. $7.20 for a hot n ready, and it was trash.

The cashier/ clerk was very knowledgeable and polite because I was confused. Because the store was the 1st automated. It was like pizza in a vending machine on the right side, preorder pickup on the left side, and I couldn't keep up with the rotating menu board. Yes I wanted a deep dish. But when I got home, the dough was too thick and didn't have enough sauce. My bad.
Parking: Parking is tight and I'm always afraid someone is going to hit me or vice versa

They don't cook the bread. Don't bother with this location. You're welcome
I have quit going to this location after the ride cashier had her children behind the counter and running around the door. I get it’s great if the owner let his girlfriend manage the business to have some extra money but there should never be children in the workplace and for sure not in a place that is supposed to have sanitary conditions to prepare food. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down I have been frequently stopping at the location on Michigan Ave in canton because all of the little ceasers on my way home have their prices set to double. Specifically the locations at liley road and ford road in canton, canton center road and Warren road in canton, where the employees are extremely rude and always have an attitude, as well as the location at Ann Arbor road and Sheldon road in Plymouth where the cashiers don’t know how to count change, which is simple math, however I get it’s hard to count while listening to music and conversating with your friends. Like I know if you don’t say crazy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza instead of just stuffed crust pepperoni pizza they charge an additional $5. Why are there huge price difference with the location? How is light sauce, which is not using extra sauce an additional charge? How is crazy bread without sauce a $1.25 more than just getting it with the sauce as a “crazy combo”? What is happening to Little Ceasers as a brand? Is there no manager with any management experience? Do the franchise owners just not care? Is there no regional manager? Or any type of oversite?
