Little Caesars Pizza

Love the staff here. They are so kind and attentive. I come in once every other month for PRO Martial Arts Canton and they recognize me and greet me with a smile. The food is hot and the kiddos are super happy with the pizzas. I specifically drive a bit further out of the way to go to this one over the one up the street because of the staff.

been going to this store for 15 years+, quality here comes in waves, great for a year then bad for a year. Currently nothing is hot and ready and they are constantly out of items for featured products. If you run a special to bring in new/more business, nothing worst than not having that item. Plz do better

I recently placed a pickup order at this Little Caesars location and opted for self-checkout option for a quick grab-and-go experience. However, the self-checkout option hasn’t been working for some time, which can be inconvenient. As I was trying to enter my code at the Pizza Portal, a staff member noticed my confusion and immediately approached me. He asked for my order name and assured me that my food was being prepared. I appreciated the prompt assistance, but fixing the self-checkout would definitely streamline the process for customers.

The parking lot is shared with other businesses, so it can get crowded during peak hours. However, I was able to find a spot without too much trouble. The location itself is easy to access from the main road.

If you’re planning to use the Pizza Portal for a quick pickup, be aware that it might not work, and you may need to check with the staff instead. The service was helpful, but fixing the self-checkout system would make the pickup process much smoother. Hopefully, they address this issue soon!

Worst pizza ordering experience in 25 years of regular pizza consumption. First, their staff is not trained well enough to take the correct order, then, after waiting for 40 mins while asking whether every pizza coming out of the oven is the one i ordered or not, instead of apologizing for taking an incorrect order, the manager in a rude manner accused me of making my order up, when I pointed out an incorrect order, he kept on accusing me of making stuff up, when I told him what I thought about his location and staff quality he got aggressive and threatened violence. Avoid this place like a plague!! Plenty of other much better pizza joints in town with properly trained staff and non-idiot management.
