The "ready" of "Hot and Ready" doesn't exist here. This is consistently the SLOWEST Little Ceasars I've ever been to, and unfortunately, it's the only one close to me. Don't come here unless you order via the app at least 40 minutes ahead of time.

I appreciate the management’s help on canceling an order, however I would suggest proper customer service training as it is not appropriate to talk about your customers while the phone is not muted or on hold.

I never got my food from there women played me as if I didn't order very nasty attitudes and I'm here from another city so I called and ask for the address and was the restaurant was very rude I have my order number I give to her she acted as if was saying something foreign to her I never got my food I ended going somewhere else I'll never go there again it was not clean anyway

Awful food if you can get any. They had nothing ready and said it would be a thirty minute wait for a Hot N ready. Not only that, but they let me stand in the lobby for 5 minutes before helping me just to tell me that there's no food ready.

Placed an online order on Saturday Oct 5, 2024, a few minutes after 6pm. Was told it would be ready approximately around 6:43pm. Never received the food until almost 7:45pm. The location had 8-10 people staffed, but ran so slow and their customer service was crap. This location is getting to be bad. Pizza was cold, we left without part of our order because we would of had to wait even longer than the 1hr and 45 minutes from the time we placed the order. I try to be reasonable and see every side of things, but the workers at this location are so lazy and don't take care if their customers like they should be. This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star they are getting!!!
