Do not go. Better off driving to the store and back home and making your own from scratch, it would be quicker. The communication at krogers self checkout would be better as well. Who is the owner of this franchise and contact number ? I would like to discuss why I had to pay with exact cash only (no change available/ no electronic payment available). After I received my pizza (didn’t even let me know it was mine…. Tossed it on the counter and walked away without a single word). I only noticed after I walked up and saw my name in the sticker, I happen to place the boxes on the auto pay kiosk while waiting another 20 minutes for bread and it picked up my pizza and directed me to pay with a card. So was it only exact cash or not? I’m requesting my change back now after being scammed. This transaction was the most unprofessional, discourteous and rude transaction of all time. Employees should get off their phones, maybe speed things up a bit because the hot and ready has become the cold and will never be ready at this location.

Everything was terrible, they didn’t even want to help us. We had to ask multiple times for someone to help us and they act like they don’t even want to take our order. The whole staff is sitting down right now. Fire them! Or manage the night shift! There isn’t even pizza ready section?? 15- 20 minute wait for pizza that should already be hot and ready??? They don’t want to work.

This is the third time I’ve been to this specific location and have had issues. They don’t even attempt to work on online orders. And don’t even get me started on if you have an order with Uber eats or DoorDash they basically just look at you like you’re stupid. It takes a lot to push me over the edge with customer service and this is the final straw with this location. I will not return And I will be posting this on my social media with my 80k Following! Good luck and do better

Atmosphere is good and clean. This location has its own self service spot where you grab what's available and put it on a weight machine that scans and calculates your order you've built so that you may pay for it. But it dose not have dine in

This place is going to go bankrupt. The service is terrible, the staff is awful, you can tell they hate their jobs. They're constantly grabbing their hair. Everything is filthy and disorganized. They just threw the pizza on the tray and left it all misshapen and didn't even cut it. They don't even have sauce for the bread. This place is absolutely disgusting!!!

I get that you’re busy, but my order was ready for 30 minutes (while I stood there and checked on it three different times). The staff didn’t bother to look in the oven behind them to see if my one pizza was ready.

Come on, one guy shouldn’t be doing all the work while two young dudes goof off in the back.

If you’re busy, cashier should regularly check in with customers and look at all orders to confirm they are processing or done.
If they are processing, the cashier should still interact with customers and inform them where they are in the process.
Don’t just let 10 people give you mad faces and you ignore them.

Whenever ordering from this restaurant, the food takes extra long to be done even when you order in advance. Up to a 30 minute weight guaranteed once you wait the food comes out messed up or missing or wrong so you have to go back and get it fixed this restaurant used to be way better but it’s going downhill.

Food came out thirty minutes behind expected time and got horrible service. Staff was extremely unprofessional laughing and yelling in the back while a store full of people can’t even get questions answered.

I walked in and ordered a Hot & Ready pizza. Nothing extra. Nothing special. Just a regular Hot & Ready. If they had told me that I would be standing in their foyer for the next 48 minutes waiting for a single pizza, I would not have stayed. This is absolutely ridiculous. When they finally gave it to me, they gave me one that had been sitting around for God only knows how long. I guess they were planning to give it to someone else who didn't show up. So, I had to wait almost an hour for a single pizza, & when I finally got it, it wasn't even fresh. There was no apology. No thanking me for my patience. Not even a word. There is absolutely no part of this experience that is even remotely excusable. This location is on my way home, & I've had several bad experiences here in the past, but this one takes the cake. I can literally drive all the way home & order delivery & get my food faster & fresher. This was the last straw. I will never return to this location again.

They have the most ignorant, lazy, disrespectful staff working in here. I will never patronize this location again. Ordered a cheese pizza... Received hard as rock, paper thin, flat bread on one side... Under cooked dough on the other side... And, barely any pizza sauce in sight. Just dry! Let them run out of business and go somewhere else!
