Little Caesars used to be okay. But it's been a long time and I don't know why I even bother. The wait times are frequently 30-45 minutes longer than expected, and the food is always undercooked. 100% flop, and it's so doughy that trying to take a piece from the box just tears in half. The customer service is consistently awful. Tried to get a hot and ready today and there wasn't a single thing ready. Nothing. I asked the employee if there was anything going to be ready soon. He couldn't even speak to me, just shook his head like I'm supposed to understand that. There's a Domino's opening nearby soon, I hope their customer service is better.

Ordered lunch combo....pizza was extremely doughy and cheese wasn't melted all the way ..asked girl at counter for a cooked pizza or a new one ..she was ignorant and looked like she was in a daze .. Worst Little Caesars

Everytime I walk into this restaurant the staff acts likes it’s their first time ever making pizza or breadsticks. Consistently the slowest little Caesar’s in existence. It’s like a clown car of the most incompetent people coming in and out of the kitchen.

The kid cutting the pizza used his bare hands to move it inside the box, then went to cash out a customer (handling cash), then went back to handling more pizzas. No gloves and no hand washing. I asked him about the pizzas and he said they've been there a while and then proceeded to tell me that he knows they have terrible customer service. WHATTTT?? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

One of the workers acted annoyed to be doing his job. Pizza was hot and ready but we had to wait for breadsticks. The lobby floor was dirty and had lots of leaves from people walking in and out. I’d drive out of my way to go to the one at Ford and Lilley next time. They are always happy, it’s clean, and there is never a wait.

I initially called corporate to share my experience at this location e.g., longer wait time for online order, rarely ever if any hot and ready-ready. I spoke with a young man named Terrance. He communicated me with regarding my concerns. He was professional, action-oriented and reassured me. Terrence should be a manager or in leadership. He restored my faith in trying this location again.

I walked in and there were no pizzas at all. I tried to get somebody's attention for about 10 minutes. When I finally was able to get somebody to acknowledge me, I asked if there was going to be anything in the warming ovens anytime soon. And they told me there were five people in front of me. There were two people working. Nobody at the counter. This place is horribly mismanaged
