The first time I ordered a pizza at home. They left her on the floor outside the house. This morning I ordered a pizza again and the delivery man did the same. It’s not so difficult to knock on the door and let them know that the pizza is ready. Terrible service

A Christmas Story. It was 5:20pm on Christmas Day, not a snow flake was falling and the kids were a calling, for dinner. Mom and Dad didn’t want to cook but what could they do, they made an online order for Marcos Pizza, 2 smalls, a large and cheese bread. After a few minutes nerves set in thinking that this plan would crumble like the cookies left the previous night. So a call was made at 5:29p to Marcos, a worker picked up and panic became relief. The worker said they close at 5:30p and would not be placing orders but confirm our order was received!
Thank you to the team at Marcos in Canton for work on a holiday, the delicious food that came out hot, earlier then predicted and picture perfect.

Last September, I checked out this Canton location for the first time. I ordered and waited for a medium pizza with several toppings. All of it tasted awesome!!! 👏 Fresh and perfectly prepared. 🏆 I had the opportunity to meet Parth, the General Manager. Just observing him and his team working in the kitchen, was impressive. They are definitely passionate about making sure everything turns out as ordered. Parth’s positive attitude makes all the difference especially when it comes to interfacing directly with the customers. In the end, we all coexist. I definitely will return. 👍 I read the other posts and I am sorry you had a bad experience. I recommend to ask for Parth, to give him a chance to understand the situation, make it right and help him continue to train his team to continue to improve. None of us are perfect. We all make mistakes. Let’s be kind and support each other to be successful. 🥳 We have choices in the United States. Let’s be grateful. 🙏 Other counties not so many choices. 😕 The only feedback I provided to Parth to help make the environment more comfortable and inviting is to add 2-3 tables with chairs in case customers need to sit and eat. Also, the 2 bar stools are not good for people with health conditions and small children. As maybe it’s inconvenient to eat in their cars. He will share my suggestion with corporate. Hence, I rated atmosphere 4 STARS. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Catering to the customers is #1 most important factor in leading a successful business. This location is convenient, surrounded by other businesses and shops and there is sufficient parking. 🤗

We ordered a build your own extra large pizza with pepperoni ham, Italian sausage, green peppers, red onions, extra cheese, parmesan cheese crust. We got cheddar cheese as the extra cheese. We did not order cheddar cheese that was supposed to be the extra cheese on one half. Our order number was 139. It was an online order takeout. We will not be back.

Ordered 2 pizza yesterday. The pizzas were ok. Nothing to write home about. Had difficulty hearing the guy on the line and had difficulty ordering. Possible language barrier. The place inside looked dirty. Could use a real good micro clean in there.

Worst pizza I have ever gotten from a Marco's. Overcooked beyond being edible. Crust was so hard it was like eating breadsticks. Additionally, they don't seem to care about my experience since no one bothered to reach out to me as I asked when completing their online survey. Avoid avoid avoid. Terribly disappointing.
