I used to do door dash. Every time this restaurant pops up I cancel the order because it takes this place 45 minutes for 2 vehicles. HORRIBLE!!!!

They gave me my order, a double cheese burger, but there was nothing but meat and bread. I went back and asked for it to be redone. They gave me another order.... the same way but with cheese this time. I give up. I've never had an issue with a Mcdonalds before this.

It's a McDonald's just like any other. Our experience through the drive through was very slow for a Saturday afternoon I thought, but from what I gathered that would be due to having two drive thru lanes and what appeared to be one person taking orders. Could have been a fluke though.

Ignore posted hours. They do only Door dash whenever they want.
Completely screws anyone who submits an online order. They just happily tell the customer to leave and cancel their order. Customer is left without their order and have to wait a week for their money back. Who knows what happens to any rewards or deals getting used.

I dumped my large fry out to eat and an acrylic nail was mixed in with my fries. I left it how it was and immediately went and got an employee, we were sitting in the children’s play place area, he came over and verified, he knew instantly which employee the nail belonged to cause we walked back over the counter and I watched him directly go up to her and tell her what happened and he brought me a fresh fry, like I really wanted to eat there after that. All the employees thought it was funny, including the manager. No one apologized. The employee wouldn’t have even got the manager if I wouldn’t have asked to speak to her, she comes out, unapologetical, snide, and ask how she can help me. I asked her if I could just have a full refund so she gave me one. I was going to let it go but with how the employees thought it was funny I knew it was important to leave a review warning people and the owners how unsanitary this McDonalds is hopefully they make the correct changes so this never happens to anyone else. A huge safety concern having someone’s broken off acrylic nail sitting with my fries. Also the children’s play place was highly dirty , spilled dried up shake on the floor, super sticky , the tables were ALL DIRTY, we waited 20 minutes for our food, and the women’s restroom trash can that is for feminine products to be discarded in was over filling with bloody tampons and pads, my 5 year old almost touched one that was sitting up on the metal pole above the trash can because it was so full. Very disgusting, would NOT recommend this McDonalds , I did report all this to corporate in a email to. I have a video also that google review wouldn’t let me post.
Got our food quickly but they messed up our order, then my meal had a bug in my Mchicken and a piece of long black hair on my fries. (My family has blonde and brunette hair)

Service was friendly. We love the children’s playground area. Food was usual McDonald’s quality. Unfortunately the only big complain is about the cleaning situation. Trash hasn’t been picked up in a while because trash cans were overflowing, and bathrooms were very dirty and had no toilet paper.

Came in for breakfast and was there before the cut of time but they were so understaffed they were unable to reach me until after the switch to lunch and they refused to recognize that I was in line already. They just the excuse they were understaffed which seems to be a regular problem for this location. Some flexibility is needed if you won't staff properly
