One of the workers felt it was entertaining to dip the whole fish in tartar sauce and place on the bun, then serve.He/She felt the big Mac look better nest in lettuce. I recommend the one on Ford Road much better.

Possibly the worst McDonald's location you can go to, went through the drive-thru to order breakfast and after sitting there for 5 minutes drove around to the window and there was a black woman working Just standing there looking at her phone..

These people are truly disgusting. Be careful when placing mobile orders. They don't fulfill them and take your money and then hang up on you when trying to resolve the issue. It was such a big issue trying to get a refund.

This mcDonalds drive thru crews are a legit useless people. they keep gossiping in their shift and keep people waiting in the line for their foods for 10mins even in the midnight too!!!!! i was waiting tonight 10mins and then they missed to give me 1sm fry with my entire order. when i wanted my fries they let me wait in the drive thru again 5mins where i was getting late for my work. And they don’t have any manner. Also some times they says they are only taking cash not card and its gonna be the same person at the shift saying about only taking cash not card. please change your people and get the good workers.

This place is going down hill and going down fast. The night Crew or what's left of it is terrible. Especially the girls working the window. And don't bother even coming here past 9pm. You will not get service unless you're Uber Eats or you've already ordered via app. No regular drive ups are allowed past 9pm.

I’m giving 2 stars currently, Reason being,We came around 3 am on Monday morning after Super Bowl. We ordered simple things 2 dbl chs brgrs, 2 mcchicken & Lrg fry. We were the only car in drive thru Service was slow we waited for 20 minutes literally. mainly because there were 2 women along with staff in the back making their OWN food and coffees. The 2 women clearly don’t work there or were not on schedule that night. When we got our food the fries were cold and burgers had just cheese no mustard ketchup onions. I didn’t receive a receipt , my change back was guessed , and was $1.54 shortI understand it was 3:00am , it wasn’t busy , it was after Super Bowl, so why not have your friends/coworkers come to the job and make food. But you have to keep in mind that there may be customers who would like to pay for food and not wait for 20 minutes for the cheaper items.I’m just saying, let’s be better.
