Saturday 2/22/25 8am. Visited on vacation. This place is filthy. Why is there fries on ground at 8:am? Every surface was dirty. It appeared that dinning room & bathroom havent been cleaned in a while.

The employees will not answer the drive-thru for several minutes
One of my favorite McDonald's in the area. Tonight they seemed extremely under staffed. I was the car in line waited 20 minutes to have my order taken. I had placed my order on the mobile app. I gave her my order code she didn't say anything else. I drove around she was on her phone handed me order and didn't say not one thing to us. The food was not as fresh as well.

Every few months I give this location a chance. Unfortunately, I've seen the same pattern over and over at this spot compared to others. The majority of the staff are friendly, but the attention to detail isn't there(even with no modifications). I'd recommend visiting alternative McDonald's locations in the area.
