Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

So bad they said they have acai bowls in store and I went and they took like 5 hours to answer me and i asked them and they said they don’t have and gave me a dirty look

I came in last night and this place is the best ice cream shop in canton, it’s so clean and there was a worker at the front her name was dianna she was the sweetest and cutest ever and was so helpful.

This place we Downhill. Dirty, no toilet paper in womens, poor customer service.

Best ice cream place

This place has a very rude people working there, we went with our little dog (chihuahua) not to say inside, just to get something, and they said we could not get anything because of that, even when they don’t have any signs out to say dogs are not allowed.

Today around 2:50 PM, my family and I visited this ice cream store. When we entered, there were two adults and a child sitting and eating ice cream, but no staff were visible. We waited for about three minutes until another customer came in, at which point a staff member appeared and welcomed them, ignoring us completely. While my son was eating, he dropped his spoon, and we struggled to get her attention. When she finally came over, she seemed not very happy to give us a replacement spoon. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.

Today around 8:20 pm I stopped by with my boyfriend to get some chocolate relief after a long challenging week. The staff immediately began loudly gossiping about us wearing masks, speculating on why, and otherwise just blatantly talking about us loudly, 4 feet away from us, as if we were not there. To be clear one of them was kindly defending our choice but the other, who cashed us out was being quite hateful and proceeded to be curt with us at the checkout.
My adult intellectually disabled brother has stage 4 lymphoma and is in chemo. A cold could kill him. Even if Covid had never existed in the world, I’d be wearing a mask everywhere right now. That is no one’s business but mine. Talking about someone in front of them is rude, but this shouldn’t even be an issue. People wear masks. It’s their business. I shouldn’t need to explain myself or be treated differently. My family is going through enough. Do better.

Great experience at Manchie's Yogurt shop! Friendly staff, clean shop, and amazing flavors. The falvours that I tried were magnificent, specially, Superfruits Bowl was a hit! Generous servings and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend and will return!

Good ice cream but infested with bees they need to do something about their problem. If you go just get your ice cream to go and pray you don’t get swarmed by bees
