Was a little disappointed with cleanliness. Wasn't very busy but tables appeared dirty. Noticed tables were cleared but not cleaned. Was sat at one, but moved to a cleaner table. Seamed like servers were under staffed, because ours offered to bring extra napkins twice and forgot. When I requested a refill on my drink also requested more napkins. When server returned with drink. still no extra napkins. That's when I noticed she was taking orders for a few tables at a time. Don't know if servers were responsible to clear tables or someone else was supposed to but never saw anyone busing tables. Everything else was okay, I was a little disappointed with cleanliness. Also tried to give feedback to corporation but couldn't because I needed a special code from my receipt witch I did not have. 9/20/2025

Took my daughter there for a lunch birthday and everything was great. Our server Stacey was attentive and kind. She made sure we had/needed everything before and after our meal came out. Would definitely go here again!

This my second time up here and they dropped the ball this time. I was waiting at the counter for a while for someone to give me my pick up order but I had to peak in the back and ask for their attention from their phone. I got it and it had to be the most sub-par Olga's I ever had. The soup I had barely had any meat. The fries were poorly seasoned. And the sandwich? I was truly baffled that the sandwiches could even come that small.

Had an awesome experience at Olga’s Kitchen! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really made our visit stand out was our server, Sydney. She was super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find service that genuine these days—she made the whole meal even better. If you stop by, hope you get Sydney because she’s the best! Highly recommend this location!

I am not an avid Olgas connoisseur, Sunday lunch time we were running errands and a couple of the places I wanted to go to were no longer there. So I suggested Olgas.
Maranda was our server. Upon entering. This place is bright. Clean. Full of windows and open and spacious. I can see why you would want to eat here. Very cheery. Maranda was prompt. Friendly and very easy to talk to. We enjoyed her company as she brought us soup salad, snackers and a ham Olga.
Nothing about this trip was wrong. Soup was hot. Salads were full. Snackers were doused with cheese. It worked all the way around. So, why four stars ? Olgas value for product has always been questionable. Our bill was in the mid 40's not including tip. Soup, salad, some pita with cheese, and one sandwich. That's why four stars.

My visit yesterday at this Olgas was the best experience i've ever had! I've visited multiple times but yesterday just felt different. The food was amazing as usual, but the service was even better! I got sat with Megan C. who was very attentive to all the small details, such as, making sure the food was cooked and prepared the exact way I asked, refilling my drink as soon as it was gone so I didn't have to wait, or even ask, and just kept making stops at the table to ask if I needed anything else! I highly recommend if you are planning a visit to the Olgas in Canton, you should request sitting with Megan. Definitely a visit you will remember forever, and you will wish all servers were like her!
