Yesterday I put in a large order through the drive-through and made sure that I had the three sandwiches and two soups that I had ordered, but of course I did not check and open them cause they were warm and I didn’t want them to get cold on my notes to me on one of them. They only gave me half a sandwich, even though I had ordered three whole sandwiches when I called and talked with Precious the Manager, She told me that they would be happy to make that sandwich but I’d have to come back in and get it and I said I’m already home that’s gonna take a half an hour and That I didn’t have time for that she said I’ll just use my name and you can come in anytime as well. What are you gonna do to compensate me for the fact that you wasted my time and caused me to not be able to eat my whole sandwich and find something else to comp compensated at home. The purpose of purchasing something was to not have to do that. She proceeded to tell me that that was the only thing she could do is to make the half a sandwich that was owed to me nothing ! I’ve not had this happen at any other Panera, but I have to say I would hope that a Panera would compensate in some small way. Make no mistake. I will go out of my way next time to another Panera! I will never patronize this facility again Terrible terrible service!
Panera used to be a nice place to eat what seemed like tasty, good quality food. I haven’t been to Panera in at least 2 years. Boy was I regretting my return last night. I got the BLT sandwich with chicken and rice soup- basically it was a sandwich on orange Wonder bread and a bowl of canned Campbell’s chicken rice soup. The “baguette” was a dry crumbly tasteless log. It was all so disappointing and gross. I could have made it better at home. I will put Panera on my “do not eat” list. So sad, I used to love this restaurant.
I will say the service was great. Precious was super nice! The coffee tasted great and did the trick. The place definitely could have used a good wipe down in some areas, there’s a rotting ceiling tile in the dining area, but the bathroom was clean.

Worst drive-thru experience I’ve had at this location. Our food was ready, but we still ended up waiting 10 minutes because the server refused to step out and hand the order to the car in front of us. Their rude attitude and unprofessional behavior completely ruined our evening.

The manager at this location goes above and beyond for the customers, Everytime. He welcomes everyone with a warm attitude and checks in when he can. Unfortunately I don't know his name but I want his manager to know they're lucky to have him.

This Panera bread drive thru is so slow!! So slow matter a fact I’m writing this review while I sit in the drive thru! I come here all the time and they take forever to make orders!

Employees won’t help you here I have waited 45 minutes for 2 bread bowls and no one can help me. Not sure how much longer to wait, I’m not sure how to handle this. I have never been shrugged off after placing an order for food and paying for it. Terrible management

They messed up my order because while they were taking my order they were making jokes with their friends and using vulgar language would not recommend
One of my favorite places to eat with my friends. I never had a thing to eat that I didn't like. My husband buys me gift cards. 😊
