Food was decent. But so expensive.

Highly disappointed at my experience yesterday I ordered $32 worth of food on the MyPanera App was told my meal would be ready in less than 30 minutes. I waited over 2 hours had to call several times only to be told a driver stole my food and I had to wait even longer for it...... In the past I would only wait 20 minutes max when ordering off of Ubereats or Doordash. You need to fix your process!

An hour (!) to wait for carryout? Crazy. They were short staffed and super rude. Poor management. They need to call in reinforcement to help in peak times.

Placed a drive thru pick up order in the app for one breakfast sandwich at 9:15am, said it would be ready by 9:26am so I waited in the parking lot, the app told me it was running behind and didn’t say “completed” until 9:30. Joined the empty drive thru where the woman told me they were “still working on my order”, pulled right to the window where I sat until 9:43am.. for one breakfast sandwich. Not sure when the service got so bad at this location, I’ve never had to wait that long for a non-complicated order and an empty drive thru.

Disappointed. I ordered thru the app an hour before my lunchbreak. No cars in drive thru and only 4 cars in parking lot yet my order wasn't ready. Except for my hot chocolate, which sat on the counter unclaimed for atleast 10 minutes. I didn't know it was mine. When my food was ready 12 minutes late, they just left the bag on the counter instead of putting it on the shelf or calling my name. I walked up and saw my name and said that's mine. The man and woman didn't acknowledge me nor was courteous enough to scoot my stuff closer to me. I had to stretch just to reach my food and drink. It was very weird. And then of course my hot chocolate was cold by the time i got back to work.

Please do something about cars that park in the reserved drive-thru spots and those who double park in these spots. I have to drive around the building waiting for my order. This has happened twice.

Picking up in the drive thru is always complicated. The service is terrible and takes longer than usual even for something like a bagel and cream cheese. I placed an order today at around 1:22pm with pick up time of 1:37pm, I just received my order at 1:58pm with no explation and it wasn’t a complicated order. Ordering here is always slow and you’d be better off ordering delivery than waiting for your Mobile order.

I hate that this Panera has went down hill. Along with the drive thru people. Downright rude. Don’t say you’re welcome after you say thank you or anything. Especially after you wait in line for more than 10 mins. At least when you get to the window be polite. Food quality isn’t the same as it used to be either. Pretty disappointing.

Every time I order they make a mistake. This morning I am thinking I'll go out of my way way to treat myself to a bagel, cream cheese, & an ice tea. Get to work & no cream cheese in the bag. Last time, wrong soup for my boss. And, no response for my complaint. What is going on Panera? Wake up! Get the orders straight!!!

Please stop sending people under female names for delivery when they are men. That makes me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially when it’s supposed to be a women and a man with a ski mask on shows up. I would’ve had my boyfriend get it if it would’ve said a males name and not a women’s. My order also took way longer than it should’ve, since the driver stopped at three different places before he delivered my food. Which was cold by the time it arrived. Not to mention my bread bowl was not cut at all. Very disappointing.

I come here every week and not once has my food came in less than 10 minutes! I’m always waiting for 20 minutes or more to get 2 items that shouldn’t take that long to make. I literally only go in the drive through to get out of there quick and I can’t even do that! As well as they are always out of baguettes.
