Stay away from this store, their employees are rude and do not know how to run the place. We ordered personal pizzas on 7/15/25 during promotion, scheduled to pick up an hour later on my way home from work. By the time I got there, there were at least 30 customers waiting, parking lot was parked, people were very upset…to me that was not the issue, the way their employees treated the customers was extremely rude, they told us they were 100 orders behind due to the promotion, and that even you ordered ahead you still have to wait at least another hour for you pizzas, they sounded like we were waiting for handouts…Many of us canceled the orders, including myself, the sale lady confirmed mine was canceled…Today I got my credit card statement, THE CHARGE FROM PIZZA HUT WAS ON THE STATEMENT. I am extremely disappointed: dinner plan screwed up, was treated terribly, almost got into car accident, $25 in the hole…all these thanks to mismanagement of Canton Pizza Hut staffs. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!

The employee Jessica, that works here, is extremely rude and cancelled an order for a customer that was there while I was there. All he did was ask what time it would be ready, and she went into an argumentative state. I normally don’t leave reviews for stuff like this, but this needs to be addressed. We ended up cancelling our order right after due to how she was treating other customers. She was completely fine with us doing that. In case the owners of this location are not aware, your employee is sending customers away by her behavior.

Delicious pizza . Well cooked and great customer service.Our family loves the pizza hut .
Now I know this is pizza hut but I have never had consistent delicious pizzas from any pizza restaurant. Usually people have there good and bad days but I can say this location is always good. Everyone looks at my pizza like where did you get that from it looks good. I tell them this location has the best and I can tell they work hard. We will be coming back again

I ordered the Tavern double pepperoni. very little sauce, cheese and a bit shy on the pepperoni. the added shake on flavors advertised were not there. bland and burnt. worst $20 pizza in the area. I am very disappointed.
