I absolutely love this place. The app is very easy to navigate and I get so many deals on it that are great!! They always make the bowl exactly how I want it and the stuff is fresh. The staff is super friendly, just gave us a salad and free bowl so we can try out their new menu items!!

The food was good. My only issue is that we bought a Ramune drink that is supposed to have the stopper on top to be able to open the drink but it was missing and I remember looking at them all and they were all missing. It's really hard to open without it.

A little frustrating, I ordered on line, I order here frequently. I love the bowls here. But this last order I placed the bowls were opened in the sealed bag both bowls were missing ingredients and one had a long black curly hair it. When my husband picked up the order he could also hear employees complaining about the orders coming in. I tried calling several times to speak with a manager but nobody answered the phone. I also left a tip online when I ordered. This visit was very disappointing. I understand it’s a holiday things happen it’s gets busy. Didnt eat either bowl, one had a hair and the other was spilt all over the bag spent almost $50.. Taking a break for a while maybe visit again in a few months.

Every bowl that I have had made correctly tastes great, however I have had problems with my last 3 orders. The first being them not honoring a text a received to get a promotion, and now the last two orders where both bowls were made incorrectly. Great poke but unfortunately have to be careful to make sure they made your bowl correctly.

If you are used to traditional poke then this is not a good place. They grind their meat down so it's not chunks of fish, it's finely ground.
Honestly? Besides that, it was still pretty good. The flavors were excellent. You get a lot of food, with the options of brown or white rice. It's clean and the staff was decent. No complaints.

This pains me. As you can see on the receipt tapioca pearls were ordered but there appears to be no tapioca pearls in the cup. Booooooooo!!!
Well i love poke bowls so not gonna say it was decent but maybe because I went late in the day but the tuna wasn't very vibrant. It had a sort of brownish tint to it. The staff was nice and service was fast. I'll go back, but earlier in the day for maybe lunch or on the weekend.

On Google it says they’re open on Sunday until 9 PM. When I pulled up the open sign was flashing green signifying that they’re open. Additionally, the hours are stated on the door and it says they’re open on Sundays until 9 PM. Alas, when I pull the door, it wouldn’t budge in the door was locked. Picking around through the glass, I could see no one inside. I decided to call just in case, after two rings, a generic answering machine picks up, not identifying the name of the business or providing their hours let alone any information about the business at all so for all I knew I could have been calling the wrong number there was no way to know. If this is a franchise, they probably need to do a better job vetting out their business partners. You can do better.

Placed a delivery order through never recieved it never got to my door. Spent $15 on nothing and called, the lady who answered the phone wouldn’t help out at all. No idea how to track it. No phone number to call. It’s my birthday today so she wished me a happy birthday though
