Admittedly I’m not super frequent at Potbelly and I also made a mistake and ordered for the wrong location to begin with. The first person who helped was very sweet and nice and explained to me how to cancel my order at the wrong location so I did so then reentered the line to reorder my food. A new employee (who I assumed to be the manager) then tried to help me and was extremely dismissive and quite rude. I used points to get a free sub on my order that I ordered wrong so I tried to explain that to her and she quite literally walked away from me in the middle of my sentence and did not return to help me. I didn’t even want a free item all I was going to ask was if my points would also be refunded and she seemed too preoccupied to worry about anything I had to say. So I was forced to go back to lunch $15 lighter with no lunch.

Stopped in for a quick bite while on my way to the airport. Service was quick and friendly. I had never tried Potbelly before. I'm not sure if they have locations in the South. I tried their popular classic (The Wreck) fully loaded. This is what the staff said was the most common way it's ordered. The hot peppers are intense! The sandwich was delicious though. It definitely hit the spot on a cold day.

I frequent this location quite often and 95% of the time I order the tuna sandwich because it’s my favorite. I know what the sandwich should look like and feel like when it has enough tuna on it. My sandwich yesterday was VERY skimpy on the tuna, this is the second time it’s happened at this location. The first time it happened, I had my sandwich remade with no problem, to my customer satisfaction. Yesterday the young kid at the counter wanted to go back and forth about what the “portion” amount is on the sandwich and refused to remake it. Please. I will not be returning to this location ever. Argue with someone else who will just pay their money and take whatever you serve them!
Worst experience here in terms of food as well as services. The girls working there got a shit ton of attitude and are so full of themselves - ffs if you dont like working a service job, dont do it. Nobody’s forcing you to! On top of it all, the sandwich is one of the WORST ive ever had! Sigh. What a waste of money!

But when you order in the app and make the sandwich the way you want and then you go and pick it up through the drive-through (because they NEVER have enough employees working there) just to get a sandwich you didn't order. I'm allergic to mushrooms and this thing is covered in raw huge mushrooms. Called the store for them to say oh sorry you can bring it back and we can make you another one.What if I were to bite into this and eat a mushroom and then have a reaction because they foolishly put them on my sandwich. I know they don't care about me. Which is why I'll never visit this store again! 60 dollars wasted. Don't visit this store Jersey Mikes is across the street go there.
