I frequent this location quite often and 95% of the time I order the tuna sandwich because it’s my favorite. I know what the sandwich should look like and feel like when it has enough tuna on it. My sandwich yesterday was VERY skimpy on the tuna, this is the second time it’s happened at this location. The first time it happened, I had my sandwich remade with no problem, to my customer satisfaction. Yesterday the young kid at the counter wanted to go back and forth about what the “portion” amount is on the sandwich and refused to remake it. Please. I will not be returning to this location ever. Argue with someone else who will just pay their money and take whatever you serve them!

Worst experience here in terms of food as well as services. The girls working there got a shit ton of attitude and are so full of themselves - ffs if you dont like working a service job, dont do it. Nobody’s forcing you to! On top of it all, the sandwich is one of the WORST ive ever had! Sigh. What a waste of money!

We frequent this business and enjoy the food. But when you order in the app and make the sandwich the way you want and then you go and pick it up through the drive-through (because they NEVER have enough employees working there) just to get a sandwich you didn't order. I'm allergic to mushrooms and this thing is covered in raw huge mushrooms. Called the store for them to say oh sorry you can bring it back and we can make you another one.What if I were to bite into this and eat a mushroom and then have a reaction because they foolishly put them on my sandwich. I know they don't care about me. Which is why I'll never visit this store again! 60 dollars wasted. Don't visit this store Jersey Mikes is across the street go there.

Always wanted to try this place, since we don’t have these in California. Pretty disappointed with the food. Grilled chicken Sandwich was very bland no flavor. Customer service though was outstanding.

I'd like to start off, I'm not normally THAT person, but what happened here was incredibly gross and it made my family very sick! On Wednesday evening between 6-630pm, I had to ask the guy preparing our sandwiches to replace his gloves after witnessing him wipe his face with his gloves on and continue to make sandwiches. When he asked what we wanted on our sandwiches, he mocked me before doing so. Thinking nothing of it after he replaced his gloves, it occurred to me, while we're home with severe stomach problems, that the food in the trays was already contaminated with this man's sweat. I've filed a complaint with MSHDA, because this is not safe for anyone to consume at that capacity.

I have no idea what happened but some nice lady was taking our order at the drive thru then all the sudden some lady took over and had the worst attitude. We ended up driving off. I can’t stand when people work at places they don’t want to and act like they’re being forced to.
