Great food and very quick service. It’s always extremely busy so the front great sometimes is a little dirty but the back where food is prepared is spotless.

High-school hangout lol but I LOVE TO SEE IT!! fast service very friendly and the food was hot and fresh and tasted completely different from the times ive had it out of state. SEASONED!!! VERY GOOD!!! WORTH THE 13 BUCKS I SPENT ON A MEAL.

I’ve always liked Raising Cane’s food, but my last visit completely turned me off because of the awful service. The workers acted like they couldn’t be bothered no greeting, no smiles, just impatient sighs as they rushed through orders.

Even worse, the food was thrown together carelessly and it wasn’t even what I ordered. When I politely mentioned it the employee said she was gonna fix it and made me wait an extra 40min to get the right order. When I finally got my order I didn’t get the extra sauce I payed for or a refund for the extra $15 they charged me for the other order. I went up to them again and told them if I could get my sauces and a refund. When they FINALLY gave me the right order they just had so much attitude and wanted me to repay so I just left the food on the counter and left.

The whole experience felt like they were more focused on speed than actually serving customers. I get that it’s fast food, but basic manners and decent service shouldn’t be too much to ask. Won’t be returning anytime soon there are way better places that actually treat customers with respect.

I recently visited Raising Cane's expecting their usual decent chicken tenders, but this time was a huge letdown. The chicken was far from tender it was dry, rubbery, and tasted like it had been overcooked or sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. The breading was soggy in some spots and overly tough in others, making it feel like I was chewing through cardboard. What’s worse, the inside of the tenders was undercooked in places, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant that specializes in chicken. I expect better quality control, especially when paying premium prices for what’s supposed to be a simple meal. The lack of flavor and poor texture made the whole experience underwhelming. Even the Cane’s sauce couldn’t save it. I’ve had better chicken from fast-food chains that don’t even focus on chicken as their main item. If Raising Cane's wants to keep its reputation, it needs to step up its game. Fresh, properly cooked, and tender chicken should be the bare minimum. Won’t be returning anytime soon unless I hear they’ve improved.

They had very bad costumer service they charged me $20 extra for something I didn’t even order and when I went to tell someone they made wait an extra 30mins and still didn’t give me the right order or a refund. Overall I’m very disappointed about the service.

Picked up a chicken order of 500 pieces on a Saturday at 5 pm, one of their busiest times of the day, and had to request an additional 100 pieces on the spot. Savannah, the manager and her staff made it happen w/no hiccups. The chicken was hot and cooked perfectly. The dining room at this busy time was clean. The staff was quick and efficient w/the eager and hungry customers. Thank you Savannah!
