The is place has been open for over a year with very long lines.

I decided to try it finally since there weren’t many cars in line.

First if all, the line moved quite slow considering there are about 5 items on the menu.

I got the chicken tender box. It wasn’t cheap.

The chicken tenders themselves were pretty bland and full of tendons making them like rubber. The sauce was pretty good, but it came in a pathetically small little cup.

The fries were what you get at White Castle. The bread was blah at best. The coleslaw was decent - like what you would get at KFC.

I’ll never go back. Why people wait in huge lines at that place is beyond me.

First visit and the food was amazing! We all got the box meal. The chicken tenders were so juicy and the taste was great! The Cane's sauce was good and seemed to be tomato based. French fries were crispy and not at all greasy. The coleslaw was creamy and the texas toast had sesame seeds and was toasted to perfection! The music was a little loud for our taste and could have been turned down a bit considering how busy it was with customers, it was already quite loud. Other then that, Great experience!

Food is great, but the wait might be a little while as this place is still more new, and there aren't any other raising canes in the area. The only issue is the organization of the drive through line. It's very easy to just cut in line if you come in from behind the building rather than the side (where the line is meant to start), and the place is already busy and have a wait, people cutting is just super annoying. Not sure how they'd resolve this issue though.

During my recent dining experience, I encountered several issues. Firstly, I was rushed during the ordering process, which prevented me from finishing my meal. Secondly, the waiter made an error in the order. I believe that the staff was in a hurry and should have taken their time to ensure accuracy.

3.5 out of 5. The chicken was quite tender and juicy, but as far as flavor, I have had better. The Cane’s sauce was better than the chicken itself.

Update - Things have improved. Service still needs to improve and could be cleaner.

We go weekly since they opened here and it was a great place. Unfortunately, it is going down hill. One of the people at the cash register must have been new but nobody was helping with training. He knew very little about the menu and you can barely see his eyes from the hair covering his face. Also, tables are dirty, and outside you could barely find a place that didn't have food or trash around tables. Also the quality of chicken has gone down since they first open.

I hope the owner and/or corporate reads this and steps in and it makes changes before we stop doing business there.

I drove all the way.
From downtoand got 4 little fingers of chicken was not worth.The first time I came there were big pieces of chicken.

If I could give it no stars I would the food is so bland and the sauce is just mayonnaise and ketchup would not recommend if you like flavor your best bet is making your own chicken tenders at home probably would taste way better

The good went above my expectations. Recommend it 100%
