Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Excellent chicken fingers and chicken sandwich. Crispy, fresh, tasty, authentic chicken!! The only reason for the two star service rating is the 1.1 hour wait for drive through. Hopefully the wait times will become reasonable after the opening week hoopla!

Parking: The chicken fingers are terrific. Nice to find a place that serves authentic chicken strips not the reconstituted stuff.

Ugh, I am so bummed to be writing this review. We've been so excited to try Raising Canes. As someone who grew up on southern food and family is from the south maybe I'm picky but Raising Canes did not live up to the hype. The chicken tenders had lots of gristle pieces in them which even grossed out my kids, they weren't seasoned well and the breading fell off the tenders. The fries were like any other crinkle cut fries. The sauce was okay. I couldn't pinpoint what I didn't love about it, maybe it had too much salt but it was okay, not great. have no idea how people smother their food in that sauce. The toast was the best part. The sweet tea was meh. All in all, none of my family of 4 finished our boxes and we all felt the same way. The staff was very friendly and the wait inside was not long at all. I really hate to say that sadly we won't be back.

Just opened a few days ago and police and security lining up cars for drive thru.Crazy busy.
Parked car and walked to restaurant and dined in.
The line was long but moved quickly. Ordered and waited approximately 5 mins.
The chicken was tender and juicy, fried perfectly.
French fries and coleslaw really good too.
I had my doubts but I was surprised at how good it was.

Absolute trash! The ppl who manage the traffic are unprofessional and create a chaotic atmosphere.

The food was super fresh and delicious and the staff, despite the hecticness of it, stayed upbeat, positive and friendly. I had a wonderful time :)

Came to canes for the first time today was very excited. Waited in drive thur for about 2 hours I received my food and there was a HAIR in it u can’t make this up 🤣🤣🤣 what a joke will not be returning.

Lots of negative reviews by people that went on opening week... what did you think was gonna happen? It's limited staff and products, and of course the popularity of Canes to begin with? These are the same people that would order from Chick Fil A and wait in line when they have an app and most locations have a separate line for online orders...

This location is better than most Canes, and definitely better access than the Lansing location.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews from opening week, these are just entitled people that expected no lines and immediate service when they knew they wouldn't get it.

Went on Super Bowl Sunday. Google hours said the drive through was open. Drove all the way there and it was closed. They advertise they are open until 2am everyday. The place was packed with employees just standing around. I understand if the point was so employees could watch the game, but they were all still there.

Didn't get to try them out drive thru says its closes at 2am but i was turned away at 6:50 pm hope they fix that

These comments have to have the most inconsiderate people ever.
This place just opened and is the only place in this area. There are only 2 in Michigan and the first in the metro Detroit area !
Of course there’s gonna be a long line and the service might be a little off because they’re so busy.!
Maybe don’t go just yet considering they just open ?!
Maybe don’t go if your not willing to wait the long lines ?!
Maybe don’t go if your on your 1 hour lunch break??
They are doing great considering they just opening and are under all this stress.

Employees are STRESSED. Y’all need to staff more or pay them more idk. Called today to ask if they had shorter hours for superbowl Sunday and had to listen to a long winded “if you’re calling about mobile orders we have over a hundred so no your online order won’t go through our system is overloaded and if you really want to come our drive through line is over 30 minutes long” speech which was honestly really unprofessional. Ask me what I’m calling about don’t just assume? I honestly feel like she was trying to discourage me from your establishment all together. Have been so excited about this location opening but am waiting until you fix your staff to visit. Will literally drive to Lansing to avoid dealing with what i just did on the phone.
