Rao Gari Vindu Indian Cuisine

This restaurant is getting worse day by day. I have ordered here multiple times but recently they have increased the prices and decreased the quantity portions. They charge $2 to $4 more per item when compared to the other Indian restaurants in the area.

Garlic naan was so good - crusty outside and chewy top. Chicken biryani was delicious - rice was perfect and chicken was so juicy. Chicken 65 was a ?. Samosas were a little spicy and had a lot of filling. Paneer tikka was great. Everything was good.

Recently i catered for my son's graduation party. I had around 150 guests for the event. I ordered the entire party menu from Vindu Canton including appetizers and main courses. The food was so delicious and tasted so good . All my guests enjoyed each and every single item in the menu. Prakash took personal care in making sure all the dishes were served fresh. He helped me estimate the trays based on the head count. The food was very professionaly packed in hot boxes and delivered nicely. They also helped me set up the food warmer trays before the party started.Paneer Karam podi, Chatpata Pakora, Onion Samosa, Gobi Manchurian, Gobi Majestic, Chilli baby corn, bisibele bath were amazing and of the highest quality. Naan here is made egg free and it tasted superb (thing to note for vegetarians who want to avoid egg). Also the tray quantitites were more than a full tray (i would say they gave me 1.25 trays even though i ordered 1 full tray). Overall i had a great experience.I would definitely recommend to try here either for dine-in or for catering and you will not be disappointed. Kudos to Prakash and his Vindu Canton team. Food is of course good ! No doubt about it. What’s great and stands them apart is the combination of flavorful food with awesome service . Very honest with helping catering orders for large groups . No push in selling. It feels like you are taking to a friend when organizing a family party with Vindhu. Our guests always appreciate the quality and quantity of food Vindu helps us plan for our parties!!

We had done a dosa station from Vindu for my daughter’s graduation. It was very tasty and all the guests loved it , even people having dosa for the first time . Staff was very prompt for setup and waited till our last guest could come .

No Buffet. Instead I visited today for lunch Thali. Food was excellent. Everything on thali was testing good. Service was fast. Staff was friendly too. Ordered some Garlic nan and was very good. Will visit again

I ordered two orders of idly, but got only one peanut chutney. Looks to me this place is either greedy or careless

This used to be a good restaurant before but not anymore. They have reduced their portion sizes drastically and increased the prices. Prices are not at all worth the quality and quantity of food served.

The food is very good, especially if you are in the mood for some South Indian flavors. The staff and the management are also friendly and attentive to your needs. We always enjoy going here and always find them accommodating any specific needs we have.

The food was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. Food was on time. The place is very nice, calm and clean. Really happy with service and place. I definitely recommend this place. The mixed grill was cooked to perfection.
