⭐️☆☆☆☆
Very disappointing experience. I went to Shagaf to try their pistachio frappe, but the service and quality were terrible. The employee taking my order was on the phone with someone an AirPod in her ear the entire time and clearly wasn’t paying attention while I was ordering. She continued talking to someone else instead of focusing on the customer in front of her.
When I received the drink, it looked like plain white milk in a cup with ice cream. There was hardly any pistachio flavor at all. When I asked if it was supposed to be darker or have more pistachio flavor, she insisted it was made correctly. However, after tasting it, it honestly just tasted like milk.
I’ve been here years ago and the quality used to be very good, but now it seems like the ownership or management has changed because the quality and service are nowhere near the same. I do not recommend this place anymore—there are plenty of much better coffee shops in Canton.

Horrible service- tried to say they didn’t make the pistachio milk - then the other worker said yes we do -it wasn’t good- tasting/-
menu boards were not on - place looked dirty -two workers there could not figure out how to make a strawberry matcha - claimed it was a new menu item - I asked for my money back- for the matcha they couldn’t make-
If your sales are down - these two are the reason-
Very good service and their menu is nice they have many tasty things to offer and very respectful staff their was this guy named I think sejad he was very sweet and I’ll definitely be back

I ordered a small latte and was shocked when I received it — the cup was barely bigger than my thumb. For $6.89, this size is completely unreasonable. I’ve visited many coffee shops and I have never seen a “small” this tiny in my life. At nearly $7, this is beyond overpriced and honestly unacceptable. If this is considered a small here, I won’t be returning.
UPDATE :
With all respect, I have been to almost all well-known premium coffee shops and I drink coffee almost every day, and I have never been served a cup this small for this price — and I truly don’t think I ever will again.
My concern is specifically that the size does not match the cost at all. If the drink is 8 oz, it should not be priced as if it were a 16 oz latte. And honestly — in most premium coffee shops in Canton and nearby areas — the average price for a 16 oz latte ranges between $7–$9, not $7 for an 8 oz cup. These shops also serve premium, high-quality imported coffee too, yet the pricing is still more fair and reasonable. So the price-to-size ratio here simply does not add up.
Additionally, the lid was broken and very difficult to use — it would not sit in place properly, and I was unable to bend the drinking tip. This made the experience even more disappointing.
I am sharing this as honest feedback, not to argue, but because the experience was genuinely unpleasant for me, and unfortunately I do not see myself returning again under these standards.

Ordered a drink and was really disappointed to receive it half full. For the price, I expected a proper serving.
You responded to my review two months later, so I’m sure there’s some confusion, I did not pick up my order three hours after placing it. I actually ordered in-store and picked it up immediately as soon as it was ready.

8.99 delivery fee on DoorDash, I did have your tart nothing special was dry and hard for 9.00$. But reviews are meant for anything I want to write. Lol 17.00$ plus tip for a dry hard tart.

Tried Shaghf Café in Canton — I’ve been to their Rochester Hills location before (it’s temporarily closed now). Their coffee’s really good, though the cups are smaller than most spots. Still, I love their vibe and beautiful interior 🤍☕️

Really expensive coffee that was not that great. It was almost $7 for an Americano.
First time to try this branch from Shaghf Cafe and it was a nice experience. We got some cold drinks including a Spanish Latte and a Pistachio one, a Turkish coffee and a Dubai chocolate bar. Everything tasted perfect especially the Turkish coffee. Overall, a small place but a nice one to visit.

Shagf Cafe is such a cozy and inviting spot! Loved the decor the vibe. The atmosphere is warm and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax with friends or enjoy some quiet time. Their coffee is rich and flavorful, and the desserts are just as impressive—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. We tried the Spanish latte hot and cold. And we also tried the habibi frappe. We all enjoyed our drinks. They had some issue with the freezer so we were not able to try some of the bakery items. We did end up getting the carrot cake. And it was phenomenal. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick latte or planning to stay and unwind, Shagf Cafe is definitely worth visiting!

I'd rank this 4.8. Super good desserts, the tiramisu tart literally blew me away! Barista was super nice and gave good recommendations and told us what drinks she could do less sweet. However they do all their drinks with sweet condensed milk, so no milk options there. This does make things very sweet, and can make it difficult to figure out how sweet will be too sweet for you. I liked the pistachio frappe. Everything inside was done very pretty including the cups. No gluten free desserts here sadly.
