Shakers Bar and Grill - Canton

We really enjoyed our dinner at Shakers! Our waitress, Leah, was very friendly, made sure our order was perfect, and kept coming back to check if we needed anything else. Leah was outstanding and made our dining experience excellent! Also, the manager, Crystal, checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and was very friendly and kind! We will definitely be returning to Shakers after having such a great experience.

I love love love this place! The manager I believe her name is Krista is absolutely 💯 wonderful! She comes out and personally greets all the customers making sure everyone is accommodated. I go there all the time. Whether it's for a girls luncheon with my friends or large group settings with 20 or more (which we do monthly) the staff and the food never disappoints. All thanks to the excellent service that the manager makes sure the customers are getting. Go I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Update 5 years later and I still like this place. I'm adding a couple photos, this place is nice.

The place is pretty empty and we were sat quickly but all staff seemed to be in the bar area. We were one of 4 tables that no one seemed to be paying attention too. Got up and left after nobody came.

Ambiance and service are great here. But the food is not good. I’ve been to this location a handful of times. The nachos is the easiest item on the menu to get right. Chicken was extremely dry and there were no beans. And the chips tasted like cardboard. For 16 dollars these should be amazing.

Had a really nice experience at Shakers in Canton tonight. Fun drink menu. Highly recommend the New Fashioned for bourbon afficionado and the Root Beer Royale if you have a sweeter taste for spirits. Burgers and nachos were spot on. Try the Nutella Bella for dessert, you won't be disappointed. Server Maddie was a superstar! Our table of 5 never had to wait for anything. Super fun, very friendly, and always smiling. Thank you Maddie for making our dinner memorable! We will be back soon!!

The staff was nice, but the food was not..The bacon on the hamburger was literally raw, the fries were over cooked & the tuna was undercooked & served with frozen veggies & rice so I was disappointed esp for the prices they charge

Used to be our go to place, not anymore. They raised the prices of everything. The food is great, but the prices are outrageous. $20 for a bowl of rice and chicken, $18 for a regular burger and fries. They advertise it as $15 then don’t tell you about the extra $3 for fries.

I love the in-dining experience more than ordering online. However, every time I order online and I pick up my order, something is wrong. If I choose mashed potatoes instead of rice, I see rice in the order. If I ask for a wrap instead of a bun, I see a bun. Apparently, their kitchen staff doesn’t pay attention to the online orders. Also, the host is pleasant but I clearly heard her say an expletive coming out towards the host stand. If I had my young niece or nephew with me, I wouldn’t want them to hear that while taking them to a family friendly restaurant. Again, the food is good but I believe that the kitchen staff needs to pay more attention to details for the online orders, and the host on duty should be more professional.

This was my last visit to Shakers Bar and Grill because the food has declined drastically. It definitely was not worth the time traveled.

Thank you for responding. However, your food used to taste good, but now it is nasty. It makes no difference that it is cooked to order, it is still nasty. The shrimp with vegetables and rice dish that I had, some of the vegetables were over cooked and some were under cooked. It's as if they cut the carrots and just added them to the dish. For the price, you need to give more rice. And the breaded shrimp makes no sense; they should be grilled. Whoever made up this dish, employment needs to be reconsidered. The salad dressing for the Baja Shrimp Salad used to taste so delicious and it was thick, but now it is watered down and bland. That meal was not worth the distance that I drove even if I was from across the street. And asking to have my food made over would be a waste of time because your cooks cannot cook. I do not know if you changed management, but your food is not good. Now, take this review and learn from it. Hire some cooks who can create a good menu and who knows how to cook. Is this more detailed for you?

Second time here! Drinks were so good! Got an espresso martini and it was made perfectly. Service was even better-our server was super personable and funny. She was friendly from the moment we walked in. Her name was Adrionna! :) thanks Adrionna!

Beware when ordering online. Their menu has items which are unavailable, they will accept your payment, but then tell you when you pick up your order they couldn't make everything because some selections were not actually on their menu anymore. They offer no refund for this bait and switch tactic.

They may claim to OFFER a refund but they never actually do. Still waiting on mine so until they make that happen they can say whatever they want. Again just beware of shady business practices here. Better to dine in person.

We went here with a party of 9 with our family from out of town. Krista helped arrange tables so we could sit with a high chair for my son comfortably instead of a high top. The food was pretty quick and the staff was nice!

We came in with a party of 9 and Krista the manager moved things around to accommodate us. I personally ordered the Korean skewers and they were fantastic!
