I have never seen two baristas move so slow or look so unhappy to be there. There was zero warmth or friendliness and on top of that, they were making drinks out of order as several people who ordered after me in line were served first. Do not walk in to this location I would advise ordering online as she seemed to only be finning online orders for people who weren’t even there for a good 10 minutes.

This used to be the best Starbucks around the area, not anymore. Drinks are subpar, not consistently made to taste. Do mobile orders before in person orders. Waited almost 15 minutes for one drink. Do not recommend coming to this Starbucks, the previous baristas were much better.

Apparently, 7:15 AM is too early to expect a drink to be made correctly. My mistake! Silly me for thinking that was part of the job description.

I was handed a Pink Drink with floating chunks of coconut milk (a classic at this point) and apologized while politely asking if it could be mixed better. The barista who made it just shook her head repeatedly like I had personally ruined her morning. Then, from across the café, another barista—sitting on the floor, mind you—shouts, “It’s way too early for all that.”

Oh, is it? Because it’s not too early for customers to pay full price for their drinks. It’s not too early to show up and do your job. And it’s definitely not too early to act like a professional.

If making drinks correctly is too much at this hour, maybe just... don’t come in? Take the morning off. Try again when you’re ready to do the bare minimum with a halfway decent attitude.

I won’t be back.

I was super disappointed, I ordered a drink (latte)it was absolutely all milk (warm) with nothing else in it. Yes, warm milk. Seemed like the girl was new and none of the other staff was helping her and she was very frustrated. I threw it away immediately. Super upset I spent 7 dollars on this.

Charged extra $2.50 for cold foam after it wasn't added to my order when order was initially taken. Rude staff and there was very thin layer of cold foam put on my drink on purpose. Was charged double the price for literally nothing.
