They forget my toppings so often. I stopped going for a few months because of it and it happens again. Its the weekend crew that misses it I noticed and I ONLY place mobile orders so it’s there to get correct. 🤦🏾‍♀️

If I could give this review zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order for two cold brews with a special BOGO coupon valid that one day. I arrived before the order was “ready” in the drive thru, and the employee told me that they would not start my order and to come back in 20 minutes. I then asked what the difference would be if I were to order the same two drinks here at the speaker. He insisted that I’d need to come inside to refund/cancel my initial order. Being 7 months pregnant, and having to walk inside defeated the entire purpose of mobile ordering and I still left empty handed. When I went inside, the same older gentleman who I assume was a manager, then got out his iPad to show me the list of mobile orders “ahead of mine”- even though once again, I waited in line to get to the register now TWICE (both drive thru and now lobby). He insisted he could not start my mobile order until the others were fulfilled, and when I asked about a refund, he only refunded me for the menu price and did not include tax. I also lost my BOGO coupon for the day, and when I asked about that he claimed “it’s only good for today anyways”. Completely disregarding the fact that I could have went to another Starbucks location that would fulfill my mobile order when I showed face to the store. The lack of customer service I experienced was completely unacceptable for a company that is known for great customer service.

3 people working and not one person said hello or welcome. Just got a blank stare.(Very unwelcome and weird)Wouldn’t give a free refill of coffee from purchasing a specialty drink and sitting outside to drink it. Said I had to be inside the dining room.No other location has said that before. I’ve sat outside many times and got refills of coffee.Overall very robotic and unfriendly. I won’t be back to this location.Teach your employees how have good customer service.This world is very dumbed down! Try being a smart human thinking of the person spending money getting more than just the product. It’s the whole interaction from beginning to end.
