Frequent customer and service this location is consistently good quality in the drinks/food they make, quality of service they provide, and they all seem to really embrace the team approach. I can’t say they never have a miss-step, we’re all human it happens; but in over 10+ years, I can’t recall a single time they haven’t offered to make it right. This location definitely stands out to other locations in SE Michigan.

It was a terrible mistake to come here. I paid $4 for a cup of tea, only to have it ruined.
Humans have been making tea for 6000 years. In that time we’ve perfected the amount of tea required for a cup. We made special spoons and even called them “teaspoons” so we knew we were getting it right. Doubling the amount of tea used doesn’t make for a better cup of tea, it just means that the tea is trashed and should not be drank by anyone.
Now I’m out of $4.00 and I’ve learned my lesson.

I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino. Very Good. Got seconds. Very quiet and peaceful, hardly any noise or chatter. Great place to relax and chill.

I will never go to the Starbucks again.
I went inside to bypass the drive through line big mistake.
I ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants, which was ready in seconds. Had to wait forever for my drink. Watched 11 cars pass through the drive through before I received my order. The woman slid my cup across the counter.
And it tipped over and spilled all over. She picked it up, topped it off with whipped cream only. And gave it back to me. I was in a hurry. My daughter wanted her drink. So I couldn't wait another 20 minutes for another drink. I would. I'd like to have my money back and the amount of 20.99 on top of this behind the counter was absolutely filthy.I should've took pictures and posted it

I absolutely love this starbucks I choose to drive the extra 5/10 mins it is to get here because of how friendly everyone is when i’m inside and they have took the time to learn my order so when i come in they already know what I want! I always see the young lady with purple hair with a smile and always willing to help out - everyone i’ve met here though is amazing I wish i knew everyone’s names to personally thank you all!!!
They forget my toppings so often. I stopped going for a few months because of it and it happens again. Its the weekend crew that misses it I noticed and I ONLY place mobile orders so it’s there to get correct. 🤦🏾♀️

Extremely slow service in drive thru!!!
If I could give this review zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order for two cold brews with a special BOGO coupon valid that one day. I arrived before the order was “ready” in the drive thru, and the employee told me that they would not start my order and to come back in 20 minutes. I then asked what the difference would be if I were to order the same two drinks here at the speaker. He insisted that I’d need to come inside to refund/cancel my initial order. Being 7 months pregnant, and having to walk inside defeated the entire purpose of mobile ordering and I still left empty handed. When I went inside, the same older gentleman who I assume was a manager, then got out his iPad to show me the list of mobile orders “ahead of mine”- even though once again, I waited in line to get to the register now TWICE (both drive thru and now lobby). He insisted he could not start my mobile order until the others were fulfilled, and when I asked about a refund, he only refunded me for the menu price and did not include tax. I also lost my BOGO coupon for the day, and when I asked about that he claimed “it’s only good for today anyways”. Completely disregarding the fact that I could have went to another Starbucks location that would fulfill my mobile order when I showed face to the store. The lack of customer service I experienced was completely unacceptable for a company that is known for great customer service.
