Just got a blank stare.(Very unwelcome and weird)Wouldn’t give a free refill of coffee from purchasing a specialty drink and sitting outside to drink it. Said I had to be inside the dining room.No other location has said that before. I’ve sat outside many times and got refills of coffee.Overall very robotic and unfriendly. I won’t be back to this location.Teach your employees how have good customer service.This world is very dumbed down! Try being a smart human thinking of the person spending money getting more than just the product. It’s the whole interaction from beginning to end.

Terrible experience at this location. They don't seem understaffed, but it takes an eternity to get your order. I waited for 30min today for a mobile order, had to leave without my drink as I had an appointment to keep. Lobby was packed with people waiting, and others were complaining about the very long wait.I can't tell if the staff is just slow, or if they are just that busy, if its the latter, they should not accept mobile orders at all, they clearly can't manage it. Complained to corporate, hopefully this spot can get fixed as its conveniently located, but I won't be coming back.

I get a specific drink everyday. When I go though drive through, it honestly tastes AWFUL. When I do order pick up, it tastes how it’s actually supposed to taste. I’ve mentioned this to them multiple times, and often have to turn around and go inside and ask for it to be remade, to which they look at me crazy when I say it’s not made correctly. Its quite frustrating considering I usually have somewhere to be. So waiting 15 min, to turn around and wait another 10-25 felon how behind they are inside. Its 30-45 min to get COFFEE!
I'm a huge coffee fan and I usually don't like Starbucks but their coldfoam drinks are always well balanced flavor wise and at a price I don't mind paying they really hit the spot when I forget my coffee at

I'm addicted to the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso it's super delicious ?However I had to find a cheaper hack for it instead of going bankrupt. I now order a quad iced blond espresso with 6 pumps of brown sugar syrup and cinnamon with an extra splash of oatmilk in a venti cup and then ask the batista to top it with oatmilk. My hack costs half the price and tastes better in my opinion.I also make a simple brown sugar syrup, buy the starbucks blonde espresso and extra creamy chobani oatmilk for home consumption. Happy caffeination!!
