I stopped in last night to get my pregnant wife the spicy Italian sub she was craving. As I walked into a super clean Subway, I was greeted with a smile from the young lady behind the counter. After that I was greeted by the young man that was also working there. He sparked up a conversation with me, quick with a joke to light up your smoke kind of guy. They both made it a fun experience to get Subway, how often can you say that. If we're back in that area where the subway is again I will definitely stop by to get food and hopefully those two are working. I didn't catch his or her name but I hope management treats them right!

Worst experience we had. All the cucumber in our sandwiches were stale and it was testing so bad as soon as i took first bite I did saw that nasty cucumber to the girl. she told cucumber is fresh and she is not going to make me other sandwich and told me do whatever you want to do. i will not make other sandwich or will not give you your money back. I didn't ask me for money back but i did requested to make other but she refuse. when i talk to her boss/ Manger she told me i am only going to listen to my employee. after my complain they took cucumber container in the back area because it was bad. very rude employee including boss too. we did't eat those food

Placed my order through the app, and it was ready for pickup on time. The sandwich was perfectly put together with the right amount of toppings, and the food was fresh and delicious. They also mark the sandwiches to differentiate them, which is helpful for multiple orders.

Service was fast and courteous, and the facility was clean. They consistently make good subs with great attention to quality. Parking is shared with other stores in the plaza, but it’s usually easy to find a spot. A solid choice if you’re looking for a quick, well-made meal!

Went in last night to inquire about ordering a platter for a small event, young men working that night were nice tried to explain the options. Where it went totally left was he said we would have to talk to the manager to place any orders which is fine. He gave us her number and told us we can call her now, he said she had just called the store to check on them because she saw us on the cameras and thought we were complaining....I said complaining about what and how rude and unprofessional.. why would u assume we were complaining.. her name is Lisa and she needs a management course and a customer service course along with a demotion. That comment was very offensive and disrespectful. And I did call her so I could repeat her ignorant comment back to her about us looking like we were complaining . I wanted her to feel like what she is...IGNORANT

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDER!!! Placed a online order. Recieved email to track said would be ready at 11:25am. Checked app and said order was ready. Went there and they said they did not have my order. I pulled it up on phone and showed them the order, conformation number, and location to make sure was at right one and they basically just shrugged it off and said they did not get my order. I checked my credit card and was billed for it also. They told me to call Subway, We'll there is no customer support phone number. So they called someone on their phone and they told me to just dispute the credit card charge. No help at all!!! Now I have to go through a credit card dispute.

Ordered there BOGO offer online it was very easy and they always have great deals. Highly recommend singing up for the Subway app. The two young worker's not sure there name's. One young African American girl and one African American young man and possibly Hawaiian or Samoan young man. And I'm sorry if i got that wrong. But they deserve to be recognized. Always so kind and professional and I will only let them make my sandwich because they always follow the the amount that is supposed to go on my sandwich. Which is the #11 Club so good. And when i ask for 50% more meat always spot on. As for the others especially the two young guy's I refuse to let them prepare my food always rude and never follow company standards of the amount of meat on sandwiche. So five star's for the three I mentioned earlier. However the other two I'd give 2 star's and that's being generous.

Someone access my subway account and order $25 of food at this store. I do not live in Michigan, and have never been there. I tried contacting the store to report the situation. I called 6 times and the person who answered the phone kept hanging up. Be careful with storing payment; including gift cards on the Subway app, as it appears there are hackers.

The owner of this franchise place does not honor Subway coupons that are mailed out to customers. We were not aware of this until we visited this location, and the owners email response to my inquiry about this was just making up excuses that they cannot afford to honor these coupons because they would lose profits. I would recommend staying away from this location they do not respect you as a customer.
