The staff needs to be more organized and prompt. Felt like they had no idea about what they were doing. They barely put stuff in my salad. And when I asked them to add stuff, the person replied “that no one responded when I asked” .. seriously? I have always visited this subway but never had such experience.

I had the worst experience Ive ever had at this subway. I ordered a sub online and it went to a different location on the app. I was on the other side of town. When I called the store I was told that not only was my sub there but I wasn't going to be refunded for my order. I like subway so I was very disappointed that I was charged for a order I never received. I'll never return to that store again. When we went to the the app the chat told me that store didn't exist and pretty much told me to kick rocks so be careful at this store

Ingredients were not fresh. The guy who made my sandwich was putting spoiled spinach on my sandwich and I had to ask him to take it out of the sandwich. Also, there was a girl picking up her food, the guy that works there was looking at her up and down as she was exiting the door and called her pretty in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to see.

I just went to the subway on Cherry Hill in Canton. I had a coupon that expires May 31 and the man told me they stopped taking that coupon the other day??

Is this just this store, or is this the effects of Subway’s menu change? First, the person who waited on me had to have everything repeated multiple times, and at every step of the sandwich making process. Many normal things were out of stock. I ended up with shredded cheese on my sandwich. Shredded? Really?! Then he had the gall to say “You can leave a tip.” as I was checking out. That’s an instant “no tip” from me.

The sandwich just tastes “off” like there was old vegetable oil on it. The black olives were mushy. Just not good.

I won’t give up on Subway just yet, though I do miss my flatbread! BUT I have written off this store.

Been here a few times and never had an issue. The staff are always smiling and happy. They’ve ran out of little things like lids for sauces, etc. but they provided other viable solutions to provide the to go condiments. They make a mean “Boss” sandwich.

Terrible. It took me over a halfhour to get a sandwich with just 2 customers in from of me. My steak and cheese even though it was toated it was still cold. I would rather go hungry than ever give that place my buisness ever again. 1 person working and it seemed like he barely knew what to do. Pathetic is the best way to describe this "buisness".

My name is Aidan. I am a regular customer. I recently got to experience for the first time how subway freshly cuts their meat. My taste buds agree. Employee Sammy was very enthusiastic to serve me and my mother. I also knew some others there from outside of work. I would recommend this place to anyone. Overall, 5/5 star performance.

Kid-friendliness: I saw little kids there (of course under adult supervision) having their meals, not being bothered.

I love this place! Sammy is the best. He took great care of me. He also takes great care of my son my wife everyone who goes there have not had a bad experience yet and, he just added Pepsi to the menu, which is a huge plus!
