I typically dont have a problem with the staff or the food. My only complaint would be when the online orders come through and there is a line literally out the door that you have to wait close to 20 minutes.

Ordered 3 sandwiches with their app because I had a notification that I could get one free. When I entered the code I was told that this store did not participate. I ordered anyway and was informed the order would be ready at 6:35. I arrived at 6:40 and the order wasn't ready. No apologies or explanation why. The place wasn't busy at all. The lady in front of me was also waiting for her online order. I ended up not getting all the toppings I requested because I had to get out of there at that point. Disappointed in the service. I've ordered through the app at other subways around the area and don't normally have issues. I'm really disappointed because I tipped prior to placing the order and cannot change it.
